Premier Inn Gatwick Crawley (Goff's Park)

Kloe was very happy and cheerful and made our stay very welcome. The bar has a nice stock of beer and the price is reasonable. The staff were interested in why we was there and engaged with conversation taking interest. Would definitely come back if I was returning to crawley

Looks basic from the outside. but Wow the staff made up for it, super amazing especially Kloe shebly and super Mo mohamed. All staff super welcoming very polite. Even escorted to my room which is unusual for a Premier Inn. 10/10. Fantastic stay. Also the room set out is the best I've seen for a premiere

Stayed for one night , free parking , room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had so much choice , English breakfast, continental, pancakes, muffins and much much more ! Very clean and presented nicely. Our waitress Helen was very attentive, great customer service and welcoming . Would definitely come again, especially for the breakfast!!

Hotel Very run down, staff not as polite as we normally find at premier inns and the rooms are very poor and dated/need refurbishment to normal standard. Restaurant no longer a brewers fayre as expected and you get charged £15 if you arrive 34 mins early as we did. Nowhere to wait as bar closed and car park will charge you via cameras if you wait in your car until 3pm as we could not put our reg in the tablet as we didn’t check in.

The hotel is quiet and has a good central location. There is a great atmosphere and special mention on exceptional service at breakfast from Helen (Server) and Eisha (Chef), who went the extra mile in customer satisfaction and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying here.

Well, where do I begin? We chose this hotel asl it is close to Gatwick. However, on entering we thought we were arriving at one of those American motels you see criminals go in on a movie. The hotel is very dated and could do with a lick of paint. The bathroom in our room could also do with a lick of paint, some new skirting board, oh, and a total rip out and refeb. The beds were umcfortable and need need replacing. The view from the room was just amazing. Rubbish, bushes and a wall. The place is extremely dated and needs to be ripped out and re done. The only positive thing here were the staff. All lovely and helpful.
