Worst ever in my travel life. Bad arrangement of buffet breakfast. Food are so unhealthy and test less. Recommend to not stay this hotel.

The Seagull hotel in Bangladesh was extremely disappointing—poor-quality, mouldy pillows, a broken and outdated shower, and an unapologetic reception manager who refused to take responsibility. Despite showing photo evidence of the room's unacceptable condition and addressing the booking mix-up, the hotel displayed no sympathy or willingness to resolve the issues. The manager's arrogance and lack of support made the situation worse. Thankfully, Trip.com's customer service team was helpful and proactive in assisting remotely, which was the only positive aspect of this experience.

Вместо оплаченного улучшенного номера предоставили менее комфортный номер стандарт. На замечание не отреагировали, номер заменить отказались, Фото не соответствуют действительности. Не рекомендую.

Food was good
