IH Hotels Courmayeur Mont Blanc

Non abbiamo soggiornato in quanto la prenotazione prendeva avvio il giorno dell'avversità meteorologica che ha bloccato la Valle D'Aosta, blackout compreso. Eravamo in viaggio dal mattino per recarci presso l'Hotel MB ma solo alle 15.40 siamo stati contattati dalla struttura centrale per indicare di non recarci al MB a seguito chiusura accessi a Courmayeur con la criticità in essere dalle ore 11 (quasi 5 ore prima della chiamata) come indicato successivamente dall'Hotel MB stesso!!!! Alle ore 16 abbiamo contattato noi il MB ad un cellulare pubblicato per avere dettagli trovandoci a meno di 100km da loro..... Pessima esperienza in contesto comunicazione sebbene consapevoli della criticità in essere. Chiesto il rimborso spese viaggio per questa negligenza senza alcun riscontro in tal senso

Tutto semplicemente perfetto ! Dalla pulizia , al servizio , cortesia e disponibilità dello Staff.. Il ristorante è bellissimo si mangia benissimo ! Colazione super abbondante e personale sempre attento ad ogni minimo dettaglio ! La SPA molto carina e ben tenuta ! Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro a piedi in meno di 5 min! Spazio comune giù molto accogliente con Biliardo Biliardino , spazio giochi per bimbi , libri per ogni età e Bar ! Camere pulite e abbastanza grandi ( camera quadrupla con balconcino ), bagno finito di ogni comfort. Speriamo di tornare presto

Great stay in this hotel Me and my family had a great time in this only. Yes, rooms are outdated but clean. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and always helpful. The only downsides are thin walls, busy road and hard beds & pillows.

I had sent pre holiday questions to reception and some days getting an almost instant answer others days, 24/48 hours. I had read others reviews about rear rooms being quieter so had asked for these and also 3 single beds. We arrived and got exactly as asked for. However, we also had a tiered room, which did not help a friend with a poor hip so they offered a change to the front which was a level floor and within an hour all was resolved. The front rooms, do have passing traffic, but not terrible if you consider it as ambient noise, but they also have balconies and views, so you weigh it up. Rooms are clean and spacious and kept clean and tidy everyday with a mini safe and kettle and shower gels etc. The lobby/lounge is large with seating and a large pool table (FOC) and bar. A large restaurant area with plenty of seating. Breakfast had a good selection but the scrambled egg, needed seasoning and the bacon is like USA streaky/fatty. No draft beer either :(. The staff are all great and friendly :) There is a free shuttle bus every 10 mins to the local gondola inc return. The local bus dept around 300m away can take you to France (Chamonix great town - Brevent small ski area) for around £20 each and La Thuile which is the best local ski for FREE, 20-30 min ride away. Walking 5 mins uphill takes you to the start of the town (high street) which is maybe 1km long with many shops and restuarants/bars. There is also a SPA on site for 20euro, which has sauna/steam/pool/water treatment pools/cold shower and massages (for extra), its nice and clean and modern and when we travelled...quiet. Great all around
