Having read a number of reviews, it didn’t surprise me that the hotel was dated and basic. However, the friendly staff more than made up for this. We had a fantastic stay. Effortless access to the slopes and even better that we hired our skis from up the slopes. Some amazing local restaurants, including discounts from the hotel on two. Would definitely stay again.

This is my third trip to Courmayeur and my first stay at Cristallo- it won't be my last. It's old and worn and it's 2 stars describe the building well but the staff and location are 5 star! Everyone is super helpful and friendly and the entire family were made to feel at home. The location makes the place as its in the pedestrianised main part of town and the right end to get to the main gondola up to the slopes in about 3 minutes on foot. Good luck using a satnav though as you end up in a tiny dead end around the corner from the hotel. The end of the pedestrianised area is only 50m away from the hotel so a taxi/transfer pickup and drop off aren't a problem.

I stayed in the hotel Cristallo from the 6th Feb to the 13th Feb 2022 on a group ski trip. The Hotel was competitively priced and good value with a superb location that would be hard to beat and I would very much like to stay here again in the near future. Throughout the stay every member of staff was excellent....Two staff members stood out in particular as they really went out of their way to help in whatever way they could and make our stay a fantastic one, Antonio and Manlio a huge thankyou for the effort you put in it was very much appreciated 👌. Prenotato all’ultimo momento ed è stata l’unica disponibilità che abbiamo trovato per 2 notti in tutta Courmayeur e… forse dovevamo chiederci il perché! La camera matrimoniale forse arriva a misurare 10 mq, e’ talmente stretta che devi solo stare sdraiato sul letto. Sono presenti due piccole finestre con vetri opachi, una delle quali non si può aprire perché consente l’ entrata in camera degli odori della cucina del ristorante sottostante. Claustrofobico lo spazio per il terzo letto separato. Tra le camere ed il bagno è presente nel corridoio un gradino che di notte può farti cadere. Il bagno è ancora più piccolo, i sanitari vecchi, ingialliti e la rubinetteria è della seconda guerra mondiale. La porta della camera misura non più di 60 cm in larghezza, più o meno come il corridoio pertanto gli spazi sono veramente ridotti al minimo. In generale i locali di tutta la struttura sono bui e poco invitanti pertanto non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante comunque poco frequentato. La colazione scarsa in varietà e qualità, è presente una solo macchina per l’ erogazione delle bevande calde che spesso si inceppa e deve essere spenta e riaccesa dal personale, (una sola persona). Il bouffet offre una caraffa di succo di frutta, una di acqua, due tipi di brioches e di torte, uova sode e poco affettato con un solo cestino di pane. Gli altri prodotti sono confezionati. Un mistero la gestione del parcheggio! Una sola nota positiva: la posizione centrale, ma da sola non basta per giustificare il soggiorno in questa struttura.

Le camere sono claustrofobiche, anguste e non troppo pulite, la colazione niente di che, il personale abbastanza scazzato…. Credo che l unica cosa positiva sia la posizione che è più che ottima e anche l’esterno che è davvero carino. Non ripeterei l’esperienza, mi aspettavo di più

Hotel Cristallo was great value. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the hotel was warm and friendly, slightly dated but clean and well looked after. The location was perfect, the cable car being only a 5 minute walk. It is situated right on the high street, which meant all the shops were on our doorstep. We will definitely return to both resort and hotel.

Se cercate un hotel a Courmayeur tenete questo nome a mente: posizione e gentilezza di tutto lo staff sono stati davvero unici! Parcheggio, accesso ai cani, posizione e gentilezza di tutto lo staff sono punti di forza non trascurabili. Ed ottimo il ristorante Judith proprio scendendo le scale Consigliatissimo!!!

L’hotel a un charme avec ses murs de pierre et sa déco vieux chalet au rdc. Les chambres ont une bonne literie, de jolis tissus de rideaux et couvre-lits, mais meubles et déco vieillots. La vieille salle de bain avec baignoire sabot n’est vraiment pas agréable. L’hotel est mal assonorisé. Le point positif est la vue depuis la chambre, l’emplacement au coeur de la rue piétonne, ainsi que l’accueil. Le petit déjeuner buffet est assez basique et décevant. Quelques places de parking, qui était complet, mais l’hotel a des accords avec un parking souterrain à prix tres intéressant. Hotel classé 3 etoiles à 120€ la nuit+petit dej, surclassé et trop cher pour le niveau de la chambre et du petit dej.

Ho soggiornato al Cristallo e devo dire che è in una posizione assolutamente strategica. Si esce dall'hotel e si è in centro. Offre un'ottima colazione e un'ottimo ristorante. Il personale è molto educato e disponibile, e la struttura è pulita. Solo che necessiterebbe di uno svecchiamento generale, la camera mostrava decisamente i segni dell'età, e in particolare il bagno, che per quanto pulito, era decisamente obsoleto, in particolare la doccia non funzionava bene. Altra nota positiva è il fatto che la struttura sia pet friendly.
