Petit Hôtel atypique, parties communes vieillissantes, hyper bien placé. L’accueil est très agréable, c’est un peu comme à la maison. Malheureusement notre chambre aurait besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement (mur, fenetres et sanitaires); nous étions au rez de chaussée, sans luminosite, avec une vue sur une impasse glauque et sale. Nous ne sommes restés que deux nuitées…heureusement! Cela me fait mal au cœur de mentionner ces éléments mais cela reflète la réalité. La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité du petit déjeuner et la bonne literie sont à relever mais ne rattrapent pas l’ambiance de notre chambre…quelle tristesse… Nous avons réservé au dernier moment mais avons quand même payé 300 euros la nuit pour une chambre triple. Donc au final, je recommande si vous n’êtes pas exigeants sur les parties communes, et surtout demandez bien qu’elle chambre vous sera attribuée. La nôtre ne ressemblait absolument pas à celles des photos sur site de l’hôtel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room includes all the necessities and met our needs for two people for a week. This is a good room if you plan to explore and not spend a lot of time in the room. Expectations should be set for a 2 star hotel, room conditions and cleanliness could be better, but there is a lot of value here because the location is premium and there is a lot included in the stay.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Property was clean, but needs updates as other reviewers have noted. Some light bulbs out in the room, etc. Breakfast was adequate. Great location and good place to stay on a budget.

The location is the only thing. The first floor felt like I was sleeping outside it was so loud and you can hear everyone coming thru the hallway. The room had a balcony but the second door was not closed completely so the snow storm dumped snow all over the balcony , it looks like no one takes care of the premise. It was sunny and nice when I was there no one came to clean it up so I could close the second door so it was cold you can feel the air when you stand next to the door. The cleaning they did was redo the bed, same sheets, new towels and they never changed the floor towels near the shower, I had the same one the whole time I was there. The amenties were not restocked. There is no customer service cause there is no reception area. Its a motel with bar and they have a laptop to check you in. If you arrive when they are closed , your are on the streets with your luggage there is no waiting area at all. There are no elevators ! Would not return nor reccomend them. There are alot of hotels around that are better.

Pratique et convivial
Hôtel très pratique, bien situé, avec parking et placard à ski et personnel très gentil qui essaie toujours de vous faire plaisir. Les chambres sont grandes et bien chauffées. Le petit déj est complet et le bar au RDC est sympa pour boire un verre

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We booked because of the reviews from repeat guests and we weren't disappointed. India and her team work so hard to make this a fabulous stay. The breakfast was excellent, the bar very cosy and the rooms more than comfy. We enjoyed our stay and Courchevel that much we amended another booking we had for January to return here. Since we booked, they have changed to an all inclusive hotel but have hounoured our booking. We are so grateful and look forward to staying with you soon.
