DETAILS OF THE PROPERTY:The cottage is set on a cul de sac and is very, very private and quiet.It is the cottage that accompanies our stone house 120 feet away. These are the only 2 houses on the property. There are 7 acres of lawns and woodland and a lake ( I would not call the lake swimmable unless you're a fish) . The in-ground heated saltwater pool is surrounded by a gated bluestone patio just steps away and visible from the upstairs bedroom.(Please, NO PETS in the pool as we have a vinyl liner and paws have punctured it in the past.)The saltwater pool is heated and really quite a wonderful spot to soak up the sun. If the river is high, you can access the trail head by going into town, behind the outdoor Shakespeare stage next to the Woodstock town offices.............You don’t need a car to come to this Woodstock paradise!  From NewYork City, there is a bus to Woodstock.  The bus stop is about a half mile from the Teahouse, a 10 minute walk.
