The open plan living, dining room and kitchen open via French doors on to the terrace and the main bedroom is directly above, all of which make the most of the stunning views. The property has a parking space for one car included as well as an open grassed area alongside the seventeenth fairway to the front of the property. The property has a large open plan lounge / kitchen/ dinner with patio doors opening out to the outside area providing super views over the golf course out to sea. Private allocated parking for two vehicles is situated directly to the front of the cottage.
