Bolt lock so is lockable from the inside.- One smaller bedroom/study perfect for up to 2 children, adolescents or sailors, adults happy with single beds (but probably not very elderly people) since it has 2 single beds.- One double bedroom is mine since I live here.- Bathroom for your exclusive use, with a modern spacious shower enclosed with a screen (no bath). Sink, W.C., Airing/Drying Cupboard, Ironing board and iron. This bathroom is next door to the master bedroom and since you have exclusive use it's pretty much 'en-suite'.Ground floor:- Kitchen - Brand new kitchen just built with four induction hobs plus one separate big induction hob, brand new oven and a separate combined microwave/oven unit.
