About this space🌊A Quintessential cottage experience. This classic boasts warm wood touches, a large deck for relaxing and a balcony for a closer view of the stars at night.🥾15 Minutes to downtown Tobermory, 10 minutes to the Grotto, 2 minutes to Singing Sands and close to the Bruce trail, Dunks Beach, Halfway Log Dump and numerous shipwrecks. Wifi included.📆3 night minimum June-AugScattered length booking Sept-Oct👍This Cottage is appropriate for quiet gatherings. 👎Partying won't be tolerated.The space🌅Upper LevelBedroom one - One queen in room with skylight and access to upper balcony.Lower Level🛏Bedroom- bunk-bed (twin over twin) and also another twin in the room.KitchenLiving room/Dinning roomBathroomAccess to Deck ( Seating, BBQ, Firetable)Guest access👥Guests will have full access to the kitchen, living room, 3 piece bathroom, deck, dock(in season) and balcony.▶️There is even a small children's play center with slide , play boat and teeter totter.🛶There is a glass (well it’s plastic) bottom kayak and a 14 foot canoe for guest use, just ensure you wear a PFD if you go out on the water. Waters are often more hazardous than they appear (hence all the shipwrecks), if there are any waves at all I would just stay in the little bay right off our shoreline.In order to use the recreational crafts you will have to sign a waiver located in the cottage manual.🤿2x Flippers and masks for snorkel( please ask in advance for us to put out )🔭Telescope also available for use- just let us know so we can leave it outOther things to noteDO NOT USE THE WOOD BURNING STOVE- Space heaters and instructions are provided.Propane provided- one tank for the bbq and one tank for the fire table.Please be gentle on Septic - short showers would be ideal.Wear a PFD when on the water. They are located under the deck.Watercrafts are available for use after you sign a waiver.BYODW- Bring your own drinking water. The water has a very earthy taste.Please do not operate the cukoo clock.No partying or excessive noise after 10pm.No firepit but you will have use of a firetable(we're working on it)Bookings in September and October are a little More scattered.
