Three Ways House Hotel

Nice and cosy hotel to stay in. However, we arrived quite late and the cafe was closed.

An really good experience all round. As I had a foot problem and was walking with a stick and withour asking was moved to a superb room near the lift. We has an excellent meal served by Olly and his friend( who's name slips my mind. They made the experience memorable and took alot of trouble over us. All in all a great stay and we will be back. Thank you to the staff.

The Pudding club experience was so worth a trip and quality of food evening and service! It’s a friendly, socialised casual evening. It’s hosted by the quirky Tim in which he hosts the evening as your served with a main meal but then 7 full portion dessert dishes! Worth the price and for the birthday present for our party.

Dirty, plumbing noisy, bedding ripped. Didn’t sleep as plumbing noise sounded like someone was being sick all night. Room was dirty, dusty, floor dirty. Not impressed. We ate out as didn’t want to risk in-house due to cleanliness outside were rat traps and weeds, dirty ashtray on outside table

We stayed five nights with friends while on a motoring holiday in the Cotswolds. Our rooms wasn’t huge but was perfectly adequate for our needs. Choice for self service breakfast was very good and the three nights we ate in the restaurant all very good with “fish and chip” night particularly good value at £35 for two inclusive of a bottle of wine. We found all staff to be very helpful and friendly, reception, breakfast and evening with a special mention to Holly for her cheerful disposition and putting up with us but all staff we encountered were a credit. Would stay again if visiting the area.

This was a return visit for us and our friends. Our friends had actually stayed here on Honeymoon 51 years ago, we’d been here 12 years ago. The overall experience was generally positive; the accommodation was comfortable although the Syrup Sponge Room was described as a half themed room which seemed peculiar. Our room, The Chocolate Pudding Room was fine except for an oddly shaped cushion. We ate in the restaurant which was very good apart from the Crab Ravioli with Bisque; there was wet Spinach in the Pasta and the Crab was completely overpowered by a bitter tasting Bisque. The Picpoul wine was excellent. Service was good. Breakfast was fine. There was a couple of niggles. Firstly the lack of a Real Ale at a Country Pub/Hotel and secondly, when I called to book our evening meal they could not find our room booking. I had to call back to give the details of our booking and payment.

Staff were outstanding - very friendly and accommodating- and it’s in a beautiful village. Rooms and decor are very dated and shabby. It doesn’t look like it’s been refurbished on decades. Enjoyed our stay but would be good to see some investment in the place so it can realise its potential

Lovely looking building and a pleasant welcome at reception. Room was uninspiring and although it was nice to have a view of the garden the people sat outside, and passing through the fire door access to the car park, also had a good view of our room. The duvet cover had a nasty stain on it as did one of the towels. Mattress was rather old but comfortable enough. Noise from the occupants upstairs walking around. Plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits. Bathroom rather tired but it was the toothpaste remains around and in one of the glasses plus the bath still containing water that bothered us. Evening meal took over 20 minutes to order (only two other tables occupied) as staff busy doing other chores but when we eventually ordered the food arrived quickly and was good quality. Morning staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a night and it was lovely, really cosy and friendly, the staff go above and beyond. We had a lovely evening meal of one of their famous savoury puddings, which I’ve never had before and was very impressed! It was delicious! So much so I’m sure I’ve told everyone I know about it! We were in one of the themed pudding rooms which looks as though it’s just been painted, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the staff again friendly and chatty, the village itself is also lovely, and well worth a walk round. Reception provided us with a little information booklet on the village which was very informative. I would happily come back, it was a positive experience all round.
