Don't book this hotel. They've charged an additional city tax of 1500 XOF per night which is in NGN 1100 ... So they should've charged me about 2200 NGN but they took 4000 from me... This is fraud.

Je séjourne régulièrement (et depuis des années) à l'hôtel IBIS de Cotonou. C'est à la fois incroyable et admirable que l'équipe conserve le même sourire, la même énergie et le même enthousiasme.
