酒店離機場近, 有班車接送, 性價比高. 和裏面的Novotel共用一個庭院, 環境優美, 共用健身房. 酒店服務熱情周到.

這家宜必思相當不錯,酒店工作人員親切負責,房間整潔方便,周邊是各國大使館,街道乾淨,相當安全,酒店往後走五分鐘就是海灘,離大超市SUPER U也很近。

Don't book this hotel. They've charged an additional city tax of 1500 XOF per night which is in NGN 1100 ... So they should've charged me about 2200 NGN but they took 4000 from me... This is fraud.

It was walking distance to the World Bank office where I had my meetings. The dinner buffet at Novotel next door was nice. The shared lake facility was great for evening walk to refresh.

The check out took almost an hour to be completed. Couldn’t get my receipt before leaving.Still waiting on it. Before arriving, i requested an airport pick up but nobody answered my calls or messages. Customer service needs a lot of improvement

Old and Musty Ibis had the only availability in my companies range. I have stayed in Ibis elsewhere and was satisfied. The staff was nice and polite but the hotel is old and the rooms smell of mold. The breakfast is very basic and the water pressure and temperature is up and down. The only plus is that since it’s owned by Novotel (which is next door) you can go over and use their facilities and dine. Mold in rooms. Mini fridge leaking water in floor. The employees are doing the best they can but this hotel badly needs renovation.

Le temps d'attente a été trop long (plus d'1h30min) pour avoir accès aux chambres, quand bien même la réservation a été faite 3 semaines à l'avance. La réceptionniste dit avoir reçu d'autres informations sur son ordinateur autre que ce qui m'a été confirmé lors de la réservation. Et a voulu me faire payer le petit déjeuner e que la responsable a pu rectifier. N'eut été le dynamisme de M. ABIBOU on aurait attendu encore plus longtemps avant de trouver des chambres cotes à cotes (étant en famille). Finalement on a beneficier d'une sortie tardive (13h30) et des excuses pour compenser un peu le service qui n'était pas top. Pour ce qui concerne les autres aspects (emplacement, cadre, lit, chambre) ca peut aller vu le standing de l'hôtel.
