"Hotel La Falaise provides a grim look at the state of hospitality in the post covid era. Be sure to bring your phone and subscribe to an international data plan. You will need it for checking in and getting into your room each time. You will need to download an app that didn't work for two tech savvy travelers until the 5th and 7th tries. Curiously for a place that is in love with QR codes and soul less communication, they offer their visitors wifi with a security certificate that expired a year ago. My phone rebelled each time i tried to connect. Luckily, a nearby cafe has customer centric values and offers what used to be defined as hospitality, that human connection. The room was fine, the guest experience wasn't so great. "

"Viime aikoina nautin upeasta oleskelusta Le Mas de Cotignac. Denis ja Silvie juoksevat tiukka laiva, huomiota yksityiskohtiin on selvää kaikessa, mitä he tekevät kauniisti ylläpidetyistä ympäristöistä, mukavista ja hyvin sisustettu huoneita, upeaan keittiöön. Aamiaiset olivat yhtä köyhiä, kun valittiin kotitekoisia jalokiviä puutarhasta, kotitekoisia suklaa levitettiin (mahtava!) ja valittiin tuoreet kuoritut mehut, leivät, risteytykset ja tuoreet omeletit, muna ja kipua. Ainoa kommentti, jonka haluaisin tehdä, on tämä on ylellinen B & B ja niin luultavasti ei kaikille, omistajat ovat erityisiä ja ylpeitä. Vaikka on keittiö valmistaa ruokaa lounaalle, ota huomioon, että tämä on B & B ja kuten Silvie muistutti minua voimakkaasti, ei ruokaa! Jos jäät, varmista, että nauttia illallisen kokemusta Le Mas, ruoka oli aivan kuten kaikki muu, täydellinen ja erinomainen arvo €30. Olen varma, että käyn Denis & Silvie Le Mas de Cotignac jälleen ..."
