Very beautiful cottage "Cascina MonteRosa", built in 1900, renovated in 2023, surrounded by vineyards. 3 apartments in the property. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, in a sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: natural state property 500 m2, garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 6 km. Golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Chaleureux accueil de la part de Marijke, toujours attentionnée pour notre confort, magnifique appartement, superbe piscine avec une vue splendide sur les collines et le vignoble piémontais. Tout était parfait pour un séjour inoubliable.

Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig eingerichtet, was sich wohl auch darin begründet, dass die Eigentümerin im selben Haus wohnt. Die Wohnung- und Gartenanlage gibt 4 Personen genuegend Raum und Rückzugsmöglichkeit, der Pool ist grosszügig angelegt. Der Blick i
