El recepcionista nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad. El hotel está bastante bien, calidad precio. Lo recomiendo.

The hotel was great It was spotless and the staff were great Food was as expected in all inclusive Entertainment was terrible Had a fantastic relaxing week until coming home Couldn't keep the room on but was astonished that a hotel this size couldn't provide a courtesy room to get changed Had to get washed and changed in the toilets and when I asked the manager about this she just smirked at me This put a real dampener on what had been a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday

We booked here for a cheap and cheerful little break for my partners 40th. It was certainly cheap. Not very cheerful. We arrived and Ivan was on reception, he was friendly and we had a positive first interaction. Sadly it all went a bit downhill from here. Most of the staff were incredibly rude- especially one of the ladies from the animation team. (shoutout to Sebestian, Wao and Ivan for being the only friendly staff members I interacted with) other staff members were incredibly rude and made me feel very unwelcome. My favourite thing about the hotel is the location, it is €4 to most of the bars and in a really good location. The food was ok, nothing to write home about, very basic buffet food. All inclusive drinks were ok apart from the cocktail of the day, which tasted like pure sugar every single day- had no flavour whatsoever other than sugar. Little annoying as the glassware is quite small - mainly for water. Pool was not heated but that is pretty standard, all three pools located very close and limited loungers by them, the other location for sun beds is down stairs so not ideal if we had bought kids and were unable to get loungers. There was a sign not to reserve loungers but this was ignored by many with people putting towels down and going about their day. We sat by pool one of the days opposite a large family who were gone for hours. Some enforcement may help this issue. €1 deposit for cups , which helps not having a pool littered with plastic cups, once you have finished you receive the €1 back and there isn’t stacks of cups everywhere. They give you a new cup every time you go back and exchange the old cup if you want another drink. Room was ok, bathroom was quite grotty. Entertainment was not very good. The gym was very enjoyable. Has a cable machine, two benches with an assortment of weights and some cardio machines. I also inquired about birthday options for my partner- it was about €25 for a bottle cava and a cake - cake is not allowed to go to your room and would need to be eaten in the restaurant. €18 for balloons. Birthday packages were quite rubbish to be honest. I took my own balloons in end and we went out for a lovely meal at La Tabla (highly recommend it was divine) and for cocktails with flavour after. Again when speaking to a staff member she made it quite obvious I was burdening her whilst showing me the birthday packages. Overall I would not go back or recommend to anyone else. The staff were incredibly rude which ruined my experience. If we had taken our kids we would have looked to book elsewhere during our stay. Would not rate as 4 star as have stayed in much nicer 3 and 4 stars in the Canary Islands. The staff honestly were so rude and felt like I was burdening them by being there.

La gente genial a excepción del horario del comedor. Yo entiendo que los comedores tienen sus horarios pero no puedes llegar a cenar a las 21:20 y a las 21:35 ya te estén diciendo que te quitan el plato, que ya cierran, etc El resumen a las 21:40 fuera del comedor con la carne en la boca. A alguna persona del comedor, la verdad, un poquito de sonrisa no estaría mal....

No transfer from hotel to the beach...Need to book a taxi which cost additional money and if you are with familly you need to book 2 taxi or more...
