Increíble estancia, increíble hotel e increíble equipo de trabajadores para unas vacaciones en pareja buenísimas !! Mención especial a todos los camareros, hacen un trabajo excelente y un trato a sus clientes maravillosos. Destacar el trabajazo de Arturo, que hicimos muy buenas migas con él. Muy recomendable! Volveremos el año que viene!

Increíbles instalaciones, pero lo más increíble de todo es el trato del personal El servicio es maravilloso Destaco a todo el personal, en concreto, a las personas que nos han atendido directamente Sandra, en recepción del club Circle Maravilloso, el trato de Hansa, Carolina, Jonathan, Liz Hay todos los servicios necesarios para descansar En la piscina, tranquila , zona de Reserve, todo el mundo es amable y todo es tranquilo Sin duda, repetiremos

El hotel es una pasada y el servicio es excelente. Quiero destacar la atención del jefe de sector que se llama Arturo que hizo que tengamos una experiencia inolvidable. Muchas gracias

We studied sites for weeks thinking where to go , we decided on this one . We were apprehensive over the Canary Islands due to the political climate but we had no reason to worry, saw nothing of any protests and all locals friendly , so do not believe all you hear and read in the news. Right ,the hotel, lovely concourse and friendly front end staff, always helpful. We asked to keep room open but couldn't due to high demand. The reception did organise a courtesy room to have a shower etc which was fine. The inside of the hotel is amazing ,live plants , pools complete with a live turtle (normally on a rock if you spot it). Pool area is always clean and spacious, no issue finding sun loungers no matter what time of day. Pool is huge (and cold) but perfect . Only downside is there is too much going on around the outskirts regarding music, quite noisy and repetitive,also the usual selfish people with their own music playing like everyone wants to hear it. Pool bar is open 10am -6pm with the usual all inclusive drinks . The evening bar is nice and the bar staff were always polite and friendly,always looking for empty glasses to fill up. One downside is the lack of cocktails, there should be a lot more on the menu ( which is a qr code to download electronic version). There seems to be more seats indoors than out which if you want to see the entertainment makes it tricky(maybe in height of summer that changes). We booked the ocean view room, always clean, view is amazing and mini bar (free) is always topped up.Bed is so comfortable, the A/C is perfect after a hot day doing nothing in the sun too.Shower is good and powerful. As always we need to find a place with good variety of food as my wife is veggie, first 2 days were fine but after it was repetitive and things poorly labelled, i have a nut allergy so had to be careful what i had , i tried a couple of desserts that were did not have nuts labelled and they were in the cakes themselves. I would say 6/10 for food really. Sadly unable to prevent flies being all over the food too. Not much more i can say really, would i stay here again, yes sure ,but maybe eat out .

Un hotel espectacular!!!! Las instalaciones y sobre todo el personal. Rafael, Gerardo, Mari Paz y Naomi al frente del bar de la piscina. Los cafés increíbles del Sr. Pérez en el Ginger (toda una institución), Dragana y todo su equipo encargado del Restaurante La Graciosa y los espectaculares margaritas y gintonics en las noches del Ginger por parte de Hanza, Arturo y Francisco (un máquina!). Mónica la limpiadora, una chica majísima y atenta. Lamentablemente nos dejamos en el tintero a muchísima gente que nos han hecho sentir como en casa!!! Fuerte abrazo a tod@s desde Cantabria de Vero y Guiller. Esto es un hasta luego!!!
