Just returned from a week’s holiday staying in these apartments, The reception staff are so helpful and welcoming, the apartment itself was fully equipped with everything you would need for a simple self catering holiday, rooms clean and tidy and no problem with the view at all ( partial sea view) the pool area is really quiet nice and peaceful with brand new sunbeds, also the 3 padded comfortable double beds were an added bonus, great location close to all beaches and bars and restaurants Costa teguise has to offer

Seaviews with added extras in the room. We have stayed here 3 times prior to this in rooms 303 and 302 which were all fantastic however this time we stayed in room 219 directly above the Dona Lola restaurant although it still had a great sunny sea view with balcony the whole apartment constantly smelt of food from the restaurant below we discovered quickly after checking in that this also attracted lots of cockroaches so we had to constantly use cockroach spray (there was 2 cans under the sink so they obviously know theres a problem) which meant we then had to leave all doors and windows open so we didnt choke on it or poison ourselves and had to keep cleaning them up, we also couldnt use the self catering facilities as we usually would for fear of attracting more of them, the reception staff were all really good and friendly and arranged for their maintenance man to come and spray the whole room and sealed a skirting board behind the fridge half way through our holiday and they also offered us to move to a room but without a seaview or sunny balcony as the rest of the seaview rooms were full but we declined as we were there for our anniversary to relax in the sun with the fantastic views so we got another couple of cans of spray and got on with it as we love the location the views and their relaxing pool area with their new sunbeds we would stay here again as long as we were in a different block to the restaurant as you cant beat the area its in.

Très bonne situation donnant sur la mer, et lieu calme. Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique et gentil, mention spéciale à Maria. L'état général est moyen, et nécessiterait de la rénovation, de même pour les studios, c'est très basique.

We arrived today after booking an ocean view appartment at extra cost. This was booked for a special occasion and we were very much looking forward to sitting on the balcony and looking out to the sea and pool. Instead we have the view of a wall as seen in the photo. This is far less of a view than even the pictures advertised of the lateral sea view. We complained and were told that nothing can be done as they are full. The receptionist was very nice and friendly and explained that she was already informed by management that if we were not happy we should be informed that the room has been categorised as sea view. They are very aware of this issue but continue to allocate and charge for this room as an ocean view. It is a real shame as the apartments are in.a lovely location and we would have been extremely happy if we had got what we paid for.

Comme presque toujours en Espagne, c’est un hôtel qui mérite une bonne rénovation. (Ou alors, il ne faut pas regarder les détails). La localisation est top ! Et il y a un grand parking à côté. La piscine et chouette et la petite plage à côté agréable ! Mais dans l’établissement la peinture s’effrite de partout et la salle de bain est vieille et moche. En plus lors de notre arrivée l’odeur de caca était insupportable dans le couloir et notre chambre, selon la réception nous étions les seuls à avoir remarqué. 15 euros le petit déjeuner c’est du bcp trop cher. Le gérant a sûrement bien compris que les touristes ont un peu plus de moyens que les canariens et il souhaite en profiter. Bref pour nous, c’était la première et la dernière fois.

No frills hotel Adults only, nice, quiet, small hotel. No problem at all getting a sun bed around the pool. Location very good. Very friendly staff. All pictures advertising this hotel show a bar. The bar is no longer in use. There is nowhere to get a drink, alcoholic or otherwise, or food if you want to stay around the pool for the day. You would have to venture out to a local shop. When we first arrived we thought that the hotel looked a little tired. The carpet tiles in the corridors could do with being replaced and some of the walls need a coat of paint. The Reception area however, is very clean and tidy. It was also strange that Reception closes at 8.00pm leaving no staff in the hotel at all. Guests are expected to lock the main hotel door when they leave or return, which as we experienced they don't, leaving it unlocked for anyone to walk in. The rooms are self catering but there is nothing supplied to wash up any cups, plates, dishes etc. Small tea towels are supplied. The pool and surrounding area is kept very clean and tidy.
