H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens

La comida muy básica y las instalaciones me falto un ascensor, supongo que para la gente mayor los ubicará en el bajo.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Good food, friendly workers and good ambience

酒店對面有超市、很多餐廳和租車店，離海灘也非常近！非常方便！酒店內設計了很多小童遊玩的設施，晚上有為孩子準備的演出，適合帶孩子旅行的家庭！酒店離各個景點的距離適中，離機場也不遠，建議租車遊玩

Brilliant hotel, really clean and tidy - every time we went around the hotel there were members of staff cleaning, gardening, tidying up etc. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. I'm a wheelchair user and they always made sure I was OK if I was on my own, in the restaurant they had a table set aside for me and helped me get my drinks, offered to help with getting food if I needed and were really lovely without being overbearing or annoying The accessible room that we stayed in was brilliant - I had room to get around easily, there was a flip down seat in the shower that felt secure and solid grab rails and the patio space outside was lovely They have a seat lift for the 'adults' pool (the one without the slides, the slides pool does have a sloped entry) which the life guard told us about. We asked at reception to have it put in and then I could use it for the rest of our stay Reception staff booked taxis for us (I can transfer to a normal car seat but we did have a fully accessible taxi for one journey) The hotel is in a great area, the way down to the seafront and all the way along was smooth and accessible (if a bit hilly at points), loads of restaurants and cafes around as we didn't have all inclusive and were away with a group so wanted to meet up with them for meals I ate breakfast there every day and mum joined me a few days (she was scuba diving the others) and the food was excellent, lots of choice - English cooked, sweet cooked (pancakes, churros), fruit and yogurt, meats and cheeses and bread. It was all replenished very frequently so it was always hot and fresh We didn't have kids with us but all the kids there looked like they were having an amazing time, staff were brilliant with them and there were lots of activities going on every day for them as well as the kids club

What an amazing week we have had at this hotel. This was our first holiday as a family of 4, a 4 year old and a 18 month old. Unfortunately a week before our trip my husband had an accident leaving him with a boot and crutches. I requested a ground floor room and on arrival we were shown to just that. The reception staff help us to our room as my husband was unable to help with the bags/pushchair. The family room was perfect for our family, my daughter had a travel cot ready and waiting and my son on a bed in the living room area. We requested a step for my son to reach the sink and it was put into our room the day after we arrived. On our first night we realised the air conditioning wasn’t working so I made a call down to reception who swiftly sent through the maintenance team. They were unable to fix it at night so brought a fan to our room and fixed it in the morning. Excellent service! The food- we were half board during our stay- the buffet breakfast had everything we could need with plenty of options. Of course, the pancakes and Nutella was a kid favourite every day. The dinning area is always clean and constantly being re stocked, even at the busiest times it was still not too busy! We pre booked on the app for the same time every day when we got there, this worked well as we always knew what time we were aiming for dinner. Every evening we found the food full of options and every evening had delicious meals. We did intend to eat out at least one evening but because the food was so good at the hotel we decided not to go elsewhere. The staff in the restaurant also arrange for a table close to the food to be reserved for my husband to make it easier going to and from the Buffett with his bad leg, which was extremely helpful. The entertainment staff were excellent, my son took a particular shine to Megan after attending the mini club for a couple sessions. He had so much fun at the club and was really excited to tell us everything he had been up to. The evening shows were thoroughly entertaining, the musical hits and lion king being the family favourites of the week. The pool area was great for young children and still quite warm for this time of year. Also manned all day with two lifeguard. The no reservation of sunbeds meant there was always somewhere to sit! I love when hotels enforce this. Overall, we had absolutely no fault in this hotel and our stay. What a fantastic hotel with fantastic, friendly and helpful staff.

Hemos estado una semana pasando unas vacaciones con nuestra hija y ha sido experiencia muy buena, destacaría la comida del buffet, la atencion de todo el personal del hotel, y sobre todo el grupo de animación y del mini club, en estas fechas la mayoria de clientes son extranjeros y podría ser un problema para los peques, pero se volcaron en nuestra hija implicandola en las actividades y los espectáculos para que se lo pasase genial. Son encantadores!

Booked here for a last minute week in the sun - we made a great choice. We had a ground floor suite, with a big terrace complete with table&chairs, 2 sun loungers and a clothes airer. It was really sheltered and sunny on breezy days! Our suite was spacious and very comfortable and included a discreet mini kitchen. There was a TV in lounge area,plus one in the bedroom, with a number of English channels. The layout of the resort is very compact and easy to navigate. Several swimming pools and the main one is heated to a very pleasant temperature. An added bonus - there are lots and lots of sun loungers, so no need for people to be bagging seats at the crack of dawn. The food here is excellent - we booked all inclusive and enjoyed every meal we had. The selection each day was great -we really were spolt for choice, and each evening the restaurant had a particular "theme", so for instance, Mexican, American, Spanish, Oriental - and all of it was very good. This is in a great location too - literally a 5 minute walk down to a beautiful sandy beach, and a bus stop right outside for those who want to explore a little further. It's only a 30 minute transfer from the airport too. The staff here are great - helpful and very friendly. For people with children (we were 2 female adults), this is a very good choice. Lots for the kiddies to do, including early evening entertainment which was proving very popular during our stay. One thing worth noting: the suites range over 3 floors and there are no lifts, so anyone with any mobility issues would be wise to request ground floor accommodation. Other than that, access around the whole property is very easy.

My daughter and I stayed at H10 suits Lanzarote gardens to be near friends staying close by. My daughter is a wheelchair user and H10 guaranteed an accessible room. The suite was perfect for us, twin beds, a wet room with shower and pull down seat which my daughter could operate , sitting room with a small kitchen. The kitchen contained a fridge, kettle sink, microwave and cups, plates and cutlery. The fridge was really useful for keeping bottled water cold. We also had a good sized outdoor seating area with sunbeds, table and chairs and a clothes airer. All kept immaculate with daily cleaning. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The reception staff advised on buses and taxis , the bus stop to the capital is outside the hotel, buses to the rest of the island can be caught from there. My daughter had breakfast on her own whilst I was scuba diving with friends. There was an amazing choice all really good quality. The staff were great helping her when needed. We only had one evening meal as eating out with friends but again lots of choice and dishes were constantly refreshed. We were very happy with the food. We used the swimming pool and staff explained they have a chair lift for entry and exit from the smaller pool which really helped. The largest pool has a slope which some disabled people could manage. We didn't go to any entertainment as were out with friends. The beach is a short walk and everywhere was wheelchair friendly.
