Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Amazing Family Holiday – 10/10 Would Come Again! We visited as a large family and had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The hotel is perfect for families, with loads of activities for both kids and adults throughout the day. My 5-year-old son had the best time ever—he didn’t want to leave! We stayed in room 152, which was very spacious with a double balcony. The main bed was a queen size, and there was a pop-up bed in the front room for my son. The room was spotless, and the maids did an amazing job keeping it clean every day. The food was great, with plenty of variety. Our favourite was the snack bar, especially the chicken wings and chicken wraps—delicious! Yes, some people mentioned the pool being cold, but honestly, the kids didn’t mind at all. When the sun came out, it was fine. The slides were fantastic for the little ones, and the heated pool was my personal favourite—I spent a lot of time there! The entertainment team (reps) were brilliant—not just with the kids but with the adults too. One rep in particular (the second chief rep, though I sadly forgot his name) was amazing. He was so friendly, genuine, and kind to everyone—he really stood out. Only one negative: The sunbed situation needs attention. People were sitting by the beds from 8:00 AM just to hold spots until the pool opened at 10:00 AM. It would be great if this could be managed better. Overall, this was an incredible family holiday, and we would absolutely return. Thank you for the memories!

We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were absolutely lovely and always tried to help with a smile. The Junior Club was amazing, and a special thanks goes to Megan, who made our daughter feel so happy and entertained throughout the stay. The food was fantastic, with plenty of variety and the best ice cream we’ve ever had at a hotel! However, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms were disappointing. The rooms felt tired and in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately, my sleep was very poor because cockroaches were active at night and making noise. I reported this to the reception and asked for the room to be disinfected, but nothing happened. It was very uncomfortable staying in a room knowing cockroaches were present—I even managed to kill a few of them myself. By the end of the holiday, we couldn’t wait for the last day to leave because of this issue. While the staff and facilities for kids were fantastic, the lack of cleanliness and pest control made the stay unpleasant.
