Se puede mejorar sobre todo la comida y adecentar las habitaciones son muy antiguas en general (Baños, Camas, Cocina, Mobiliario, etc...¡¡¡ En fin el hotel necesita una restauración en su totalidad. Los accesos al comedor y a las habitaciones tienen su dificultad para personas mayores. El personal es agradable y atento.

Firstly, the rooms are very dated, paint stains on curtains could definitely do with an update.The balcony in our room was very unstable and we were high up this definitely should be checked as it could lead to a serious accident especially if you are staying with children please be careful. Very limited on towels in the rooms and had to ask a few times for extra as the cleaners seemed to of not been in the rooms as much as we hoped but they were always happy to provide more when asked. Bathroom leaks also could be very dangerous. Entertainment could be better especially when this is a ‘family hotel’ there wasn’t much for children at all it didn’t seem like a child friendly hotel. We felt as though we had to entertain ourselves and the other guests during our stay. It felt as though you weren’t allowed to enjoy yourself really. The snack bar during the day was VERY limited during our stay we were offered, sandwiches EVERYDAY. Ham,cheese, bread and salad with no butter. It would have been nice to have more of a variety to choose from when spending days around the pool. The evening food had slightly more options but also did feel like it was always the same thing and sometimes not served very hot. I’m very understanding that the restaurant can get very busy however other guests were rude pushing and shoving when trying to get their dinner. Breakfast was a no from me. The bar was understaffed, the young bar man Dylan seemed as though he was absolutely run of his feet working the day and evening bar alone pretty much everyday day of my stay however he done a fab job and was always happy to help. He definitely is a credit to the hotel. I definitely wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Firstly I will start off with the good things, Dylan on the bar is a wee super star and worked his socks off. Secondly the rooms are clean but as a room of 5 people with only 4 towels we had to go ask for some everyday. We came as a group of 13 women and the booking was made as a group on 1 booking, first day we got pulled into the managers office as we were singing and dancing round the pool but all the British people were loving it joining in. I’ve never met such a miserable place in my life we had to make our own entertainment, we never caused one bit of trouble we were just having fun and enjoying our time away celebrating two birthdays, you shouldn’t take a group booking if you don’t want people to be loud. And lastly the food is absolutely vile we lived off off chips and pasta all week and as for the snack bar if you don’t like ham, cheese and bread with no butter there is not a thing on the snack bar. Would not go back here 110%.

El hotel nos ha gustado mucho, la habitación sencilla pero tenía de todo lo que necesitábamos. Si algo faltaba nos lo ponían muy amablemente. Limpieza bien. Genial la terraza. Excelente. Comida bien cocinada y nunca faltaba de nada. La recepción muy atentos y agradables. Piscina limpia.

Really impressed to be honest for the price we weren’t expecting a lot.but we were more than happy with all aspects of hotel. Nothing was to much trouble and all staff were friendly and room was comfortable and clean .and every meal time there was something for everyone.definitely would book again .

Recommended Nice hotel with nice people, not a huge choice but tasty food.
