Swietna obsługa, uwielbiam ten hotel, przyjazna atmosfera, za ta cene a bardzo polecam, nie za duzy nie za maly. Przyjazny dla dzieci jak i osoby srarsze i osoby niepełnosprawne. Napewno tam wruce i bede polecal ten hotel znajomym

Was a lovely 1 bed appartment, lovely and clean, beds were comfy . Shower was great . No complaints . Food was good mainly fish . Pork and chicken with lots of different veg and salads . No complaints. The only one thing the morning we were getting picked up to go to the airport, it was a rush as the resturant didn’t open until 7.45 and we we being pick up at 8Am. Overall it was a lovely 10 night . With some entertainment in the evening and drinks were good too . Yes I would definitely recommend the Hotel .. Thank you.

Very friendly staff! clean, well kept place, windy rooms-no AC but You get a fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, stove- folded sofa bed in a living room as an extra :) nice balcony, acces to a washing machine and a dryer, tennis and basketball courts-brilliant place close to a beach, shops, bus stop, aquapark, aquarium etc! even that food could be a liiiitle bit more...various i would come back there for sure!

We are having to move to another hotel because it has bugs inside it has cockroaches it has spiders and the restraunt is disgusting me and my daughter tried to get a cup and they had white things on them not design it was like dirty milk and my daughter almost threw up. Do not get the doughnut they leave a paste in your mouth. It has no ac it only has a fan in 30degrees Celsius

The appartment was ok but no complementary tea/coffee/milk. The sink taps were falling of the sink. The appartment was outdated but ok sofa was ok to sit on. Had twin beds and they were clean but only changed every other day. Same with towels. I agree with others about the food breakfast a typical "english" was on offer as well as cearal fruit and yogurt. Yet no continental breakfast. Lunch was a limited. And dinner was slightly diffrent but not a great range. Deserts were plain and repetitive. Not sure apple jelly has ever been a thing? Just not enough choice or varieties. And could not get a tea or coffee for lunch or tea. At pool side the tiles and the black area around pool was sooo hot walking to get into pool although the pool area wasnt that busy there was a lack of shaded areas whitch was disapointing as in the afternoon shade is really needed. Try taking your own towel as you have to give so meny euro over to use them and then 10 euro to hie one. There is no cocktail list (my first ever all inclusive without a list) there was a cocktail of the day!! This was the biggest disappointment. Had to give one euro for a cup that u reuse, yes u get ur euro back when u give the cup back. But it is small. And a good idea. The lady behind the bar was fantastic she was english and really good. 10/10. The other gentleman cant say I saw him smile. The reception were very nice and helped where the could. Nightlife is what it is cheesey as he'll, lol bingo drag act and a singer. If you like that sought of thing brillent. If you can goto the market on sunday it's massive but ask how much a taxi cost comparison to a tour bus as it's 15 euro each person so may be cheeper hiring a taxi and staying at market for longer. The small beach we went to was really nice but I wouldn't leave non swimmers alone the pull of the sea is very strong and as you walk in it, it dips down quick. All in all it was a 4 day bugget holiday for us there was a few thing that need improving couldn't complain to much as didnt pay that much, would I go there again if they upgraded the food and had a cocktail list maybe.

We were very impressed with this hotel. Rooms were very spacious and really clean. Food was good and there was a good choice every day. The restaurant and hotel grounds were very clean and tidy. The restaurant and pool bar staff were always really friendly. There was a lot of space for sun-beds and we never had an issue getting one. There was lots of places on the ground to sit around and relax. Entertainment by the pool and also in the evenings was very good and we really enjoyed it. The location was great and was only a 15 minute walk to the main area. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.
