Stepped path (43 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 7 km, ferry "Porto Torres" 75 km, sandy beach "Li Cossi" 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 18 km, Aquafantasy 16 km, Vignola mare 20 km, Baya 800 m, Alghero 107 km, Olbia 79 km. Please note: car recommended. The terrace wall is 40 cm high and has no railing. "Villa Ilaria", 3-room house. Open living/dining room with veranda, sliding door, panoramic window with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning and forced-air heating. The site is quite exceptional, the house has enormous potential. However, it is not maintained enough and is sorely lacking in equipment. The oven does not work The hob only worked for two days (on gas). I had to ask for a bottle for the magnificent barbe
