SBH Costa Calma Beach Resort Hotel

Expérience moyenne ,nourriture correcte pour notre part sauf certains midi ,accueil correct du personnel la ou ça ne va pas c est que personne parle français !,chambre des années 80 bon c est juste pour dormir ok propre qd même, bar de la plage vétuste voir antique carreaux cassés voir limite dangereux dans le bar côté tireuse à bière (vérifiable),serveur sympathique sauf à 18h qd on vous vire ,bar principal d un autre àge également !,boissons correcte quand même, coter piscine le positif :de nombreux transats certes quelques un cassés hélas mais il y a de la place ,3 belles piscines dont la 1ere chauffée sauf qu il y a des mosaïques de carreaux rouillées sur les parois, l entretien n est pas de mise dans cet hôtel, que dire ah oui animation uniquement en allemand ou anglais, les français n existent pas chez eux !si vs voulez parler français fuyez !,dommage que sbh laisse cet hôtel en ruine ,bon point de départ pour visiter sud de l ile ,avec des plages magnifiques ! Possibilité de bus à proximité ou location de voiture ,juste une dernière chose j attend tjrs le coup de fil du représentant Patrick a fuerteventura de promosejours qui devait me rappeler soi disant....

- Tout d'abord, il faut absolument se rendre aux réunions que votre organisme propose pour être au courant de toutes les choses qui peuvent arriver pendant votre séjour. (Merci à Ben pour sa patience) - Nourriture peu variée, le choix est plutôt limité ; j'ai mangé tous les jours frites pizza (ils vont nous faire prendre du poids). - Accueil chaleureux, serveurs agréables et souriants BIG UP À JOSÉ, JALAL ET SOTO

Large. Clean. Little else to offer. Staff are unfriendly. Unhelpful. Pool is freezing. Facilities and food limited. So limited it promotes other hotels for dining out. Close to beach more sheltered from wind than other hotels in the area.

In the room no kettle. Tea, coffee sugar. Depending on your location you have to walk quite a way to get a drink. Not enough plug points in town rooms. It says disabled friendly but it's not, lots of stairs and distances. Chair in room metal showing and furniture Needs updating. Furniture damaged. Bedding and towels holes in. Freezer is packed with ice, we reported it but nothing has been done. Advertises online that there is a gym but it's 15 minutes away, not on site. It's in another hotel. Pool area Lots of tiles broken around the pool area. Not enough cushions to go on the sun loungers. And in the lounge - basket chairs with no cushions on them. Not all bar areas are open. So lots of walking to get hot and cold drinks. Alcohol is not nice, it doesn't taste how it should. Food area Plates and cups in food area, are not checked, so they are dirty. Food not labelled in the serving areas. In the bar area, had to ask for glasses. There is always something to eat for Breakfast, lunch or dinner. On the last day the hash brown were cold. Entertainment. WiFi signal is very poor, can't use in rooms. Only in certain areas. Very slow. Entertainment is ok. 10 Euros deposit for beach towel. Should be a smoking area. Not by the pool. It doesn't deserve a 4 star rating.

As a family and four, we have really enjoyed our stay. We often go to the Caribbean so there’s something that’s close to the UK. It was really like a little Caribbean experience beautiful beach huge hotel lots of pools to choose from. The staff have been fantastic all I can really hard overall it was a very clean and tidy hotel. If there is any mess it’s actually generally down to the people that are staying here as that does happen. Don’t let the bad reviews take you off guard people will just moan about anything. Food was great as an all-inclusive. What more can you ask for Drinks on tap beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anybody that’s coming to the island and probably the chains are pretty much the same thank you SBH for your kind hospitality and great service. The weather has been fantastic anybody that’s going to enjoy your holiday

Decided to go all inclusive for the first time ever and I don't think I will ever do it again after this experience It was just me and my 10 year old son and we were very much looking forward to this holiday but it turned out to be a disaster from start to end. The very first night I was woken up by the resident cats,which are everywhere on the grounds,fighting on the corridor outside our room at 3 in the morning...we were on the same level as the pool which had a large open passageway onto our floor so I was very nervous for the week. First day my son almost drowned in the pool because the depths stated at the pool sides are not accurate,the floors of all of the pools are uneven and have broken tiles everywhere which were causing cuts on people's feet. The sunloungers were always dirty and if you were lucky enough to get a cushion for it you would have to clean it yourself,they were absolutely filthy and there was nowhere near enough of them. The restaurant was awful,food was very poor with very little variety...same thing everyday and half the time the meats were,nt even fully cooked Drinks machines constantly empty and we were only allowed tiny glasses...not that you would drink much there anyways because the beer,cocktails etc were horrible and very obviously watered down. Games room was a disgrace!!!!Filthy pool tables with no white ball in either and only a few balls in each one. No ping pong bats or ball,we had to buy our own in the shop. Football table had broken glass all inside it. Disc for air hockey table was stuck in one of the pool tables. The room itself was filthy and looked like it had,nt been cleaned for months. Room was awfulNo kettle,water...nothing!!No WiFi,no english tv channels and the tv was so old it was,nt compatible with any form of phone. Shower was terrible,it could,nt be adjusted and kept going hot and cold. One of the glasses in the bathroom had a huge chip out of the top and it and that was never replaced for the entire week. We had 2 single beds pushed together,no spare pillows,1 blanket each which were like fire blankets. Bedlinen had holes and stains. Beds were filthy underneath them. Tiny fridge was useless...everything I put in there got soaked from dripping water. Kids club was a joke....absolutely nothing for a 10 year old. Staff were rude and not at all helpful or informative. Food not available at certain times of day and the one snack bar that was open was a trek from the pool area and there were hardly any snacks...the odd chicken nugget and salad I would advise anyone to stay away from this hotel...it would be lucky to get 1 star from me...
