SBH Costa Calma Beach Resort Hotel

After arriving at the hotel with a broken phone and no way of contacting my family, i had no phone numbers memorised (lesson learnt) I was greeted by Luciano. I was in such a state, I was crying and worried, he calmed me down and helped me send emails on his own phone to my family and directed me to the nearest phone shop to buy another one. After reading some reviews on here, I was dubious if to go or not, but was so pleased I did! some people must just like moaning for the sake of it. Excellent room, great staff, great food and drinks, great pools, great location, especially if you love the beach feel. Not much else around, but no need to leave the hotel. Fantastic bar at the end of the hotel, next to the beach, I could watch Raycon all day making his drinks and wiggling his hips, great music and great atmosphere down here in the afternoon, Don't hesitate on going.

Hotel was nice from outside, beautiful palm trees all around the building, amazing sea view. However the rooms are a bit tired. Wardrobe was half funtional, yellow bathtub etc ... Definitely could do with some renovation. Loved the food as well , so in overall it was nice but expected a bit better looking rooms .

I found this hotel to be dangerous on a number of levels, from outdated and poorly maintained fire equipment, fire doors and signage missing, and trip hazards throughout the hotel. By far the worst hotel I have stayed in. More worrying is the hotel directors attempts to defend the obvious safety issues and her inability to deal with them. I would recommend staying well away from this hotel.

To nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i niestety tym razem było fatalnie. Jedzenie pozostawia wiele do życzenia – brakowało smacznych i świeżych dań, a owoce były w opłakanym stanie, wręcz zgniłe. Widać duży spadek jakości w porównaniu do poprzedniego razu, w zeszłym roku na 5 gwiazdek oceniliśmy nasz pobyt, dlatego wróciliśmy. Dodatkowo dach przeciekał w recepcji i na korytarzach, co sprawiało, że hotel wyglądał na zaniedbany. Brakowało także personelu – ciężko było znaleźć kogoś, kto mógłby pomóc w jakiejkolwiek sprawie. Szkoda, bo pierwszy pobyt wspominamy dobrze, ale teraz zdecydowanie nie polecamy.

Went with my daughter (8) and we both rearly enjoyed it . The one thing that was concerning me was the food I’m a fussy eater , but I managed to eat every day there was a meat counter , a cake counter etc . The room was good and the aircon worked and it was needed . Reception was helpful and polite . . Will be going again and go in some of the other hotels his time along the beach as all inclusive you can eat in them as well

What ever they wash they’re bedding and towels is absolutely vile you can smell the chemicals burning your skin and it’s set my nose off watery eyes sneezing itchy throat I can hardly sleep! The food is horrific 4 star hotel more like 2! Bland cold same old ., Ques a mile long for drinks Pool area nice
