R2 Hotel Pajara Beach

We spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved everything! The room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The food was good and varied — every day there was something new and tasty. Not super fancy, but everything was really nice and well prepared. The beach is just a short walk away, and the ocean view is wonderful. There’s also animation and evening shows, which made our stay even more fun. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. And the best part — it’s excellent value for money! We paid only £650 for two people, 4 nights, all inclusive including flights from London. Thank you to all the team for making our holiday so enjoyable — highly recommended!

Great hotel on the beautiful coast of Costa Calma. It is older, but there is nothing that we would miss during our stay. The rooms are absolutely sufficient. They have large spacious balconies. Upon arrival, beach towels are already prepared on the bed (for 1 € it is possible to exchange) and 2 bottles of water are available. The minibar is not replenished. The restaurant is large, there was never a problem finding a table. The food is excellent, varied. Every day fish and seafood (mussels) and Spanish paella. Also tiny desserts, flavored creams and 4 types of ice cream. From fruit melons, apples, kiwi, bananas and papaya. Champagne was also served for breakfast. The outdoor area is beautiful with a large well-kept garden. There are 2 pools (smaller and the main one is large). The main pool is large with plenty of sun loungers. There is a bar by the pool where they pour soft drinks, alcohol, beer, champagne, coffee, tea. There are also vending machines for sparkling and still water. So it's not a problem to refill your bottles. There are also small snacks (sweet pastries, bagels, fruit, ice cream). The cocktails are really not good. As for entertainment, there are various activities during the day (yoga, aquagym, archery, board games, volleyball). In the evening there was always a show or a band playing. There are stairs to the ocean and a small promenade with breathtaking views. Overall, I recommend the hotel and I definitely plan to return.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last two years and always enjoy exceptional customer service, food, drinks, and entertainment. You get a lovely welcome and welcome drink at reception on arrival. The receptionists always try to accommodate any requests you might have. The hotel is coming to the end of room renovation work. We are very impressed how the hotel has managed all this work without actually closing and kept any disturbance to a minimum. The rooms are modern, and all have a water filter tap, so there is no need for bottled water. The only thing we miss is a bath as all newly renovated rooms have walk-in showers but plenty of hot water, shampoo & shower gel dispensers in handy positions. We are hoping to book a royal suite on our return, which does have a bath. You can always get a sunbed and umbrella. Our preference is the quieter, warmer pool. The food is good with plenty of variety. We love the varied salads, fresh fruit, small cakes, and ice cream. Everywhere is kept very clean. Plenty of parking and the evening entertainment is excellent. We are planning to return in December and looking forward to that. We visited the hotel as a family of 4 and whilst there it was our daughter's birthday. We were a bit unsure what to expect as we had read the recent reviews regarding building work but thankfully where we were we didn't experience any noise or disruption. Our room was lovely and the balcony overlooked the pool area and sea so that was lovely. It was cleaned daily and towels replaced daily if needed. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The food was varied and we enjoyed most of the meals. On our daughter's birthday they gave her a cake and bottle of bubbly which was nice. The pool area was lovely but people do put their towels down on sunbeds and keep them often not getting to them till late afternoon, which isn't great as it was hard to get 4 sunbeds together. There are signs saying not to do it but nobody seemed to check it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were very lucky with the weather.

Great hotel .great and helpful staff food was also very good lots of choice as was the drinks . Plenty of things to do for all ages only down side was people going down early morning and laying towels on sunbeds ( sometimes not coming back all day). And people smoking at bars and outside eating area.The were signs all round the hotel but were not enforced sorry to say .

We arrived late in the evening to be checked in with loud music being played, which could be heard from our room. We were told it would finish by 1am. They said they had made us some food, which consisted of a soggy salad left out on the table. We were placed on the 5th floor and were not informed about the extensive renovation work happening in the hotel, or directly above us on the 6th floor. This meant we woke daily at 8am to loud banging and grinding that continued until around 5pm throughout our entire stay. We paid for all-inclusive but found the complimentary cocktails were disgusting. We ended up buying a better cocktail for 6 euros, which entirely defeated the purpose of an all-inclusive package. The food was generally ok, but a little bland. The gym was acceptable, though not all equipment worked. On the positive side, the pool area was good and the grounds around it were well-maintained. The beach was also very close to the hotel. In general, the hotel was very tired and in places not very clean. We have been to the Island 4 times and stayed at various hotels, and this is not one we would recommend.
