What a fabulous little hotel....having read previous reviews, we booked this hotel and stayed for 6 nights. We had asked for a high floor via email, and this is what we got. Views were lovely, apartments are basic but clean and had everything we needed. Our friends were staying too and their aparment had been refurbished but both were lovely. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful, we asked to have our single beds made into a double, and this was done almost immediately. Bed was comfy, and the request for a 2nd pillow was met with a smile and again arrived by the time we got back to the apartment. We ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel on a number of occasions, and the food and service were good. Sunbeds around the pool were never full till after 10 am. Lucky lucky men were everywhere but you just smiled and said no and they were on their way....I have seen another review regarding rubbish everywhere, we did see piles outside the Spa nearby but this was collected every morning without fail. We will return in future.

Rooms are very clean and a good size with all basics you'd need. BUT. Hardly slept while there. Noise from inconsiderate guests and the Irish Bar at the back of the hotel mainly. But also the most uncomfortable pillows known to man and no air conditioning. Pool area was clean but sunbeds were either taken or broken by early doors each day. Didn't eat at the attached restaurant so no idea on that. Very central to beaches and main strip cant fault the position, and it might be that some of the villas were quieter but that was not our experience. Resort itself has really gone off in recent years. Litter everywhere. Lucky lucky men don't leave you alone. Massage ladies are constant. Restaurant staff are trying to drag you into their establishment as you walk past. Overall not a resort with a relaxing vibe.

Perfect for our stay. We chose self catering and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked a day trip to Loro Parque through reception which was easy and straightforward. The transfer is over an hour because it's in the north of the island. There are a lot of steps but for €10 deposit you can get a key to use an easier entrance. We were in apartment 8 and behind us is a bar that has live music. Didn't bother us but if you'd prefer quieter it might be worth asking. Our apartment was serviced every other day with clean towels. They provide some toiletries in little sachets i.e shower gel and shampoo. We would stay again if staying in the same area.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Lovely staff, great location amazing rooms. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The pool was lovely but just not enough sunbeds, lots of towels sunbathing without people, It's such a shame, not even the signs deterred anyone from getting up early and putting towels down on every bed ( all before 9am) Everywhere is accessible from the hotel, beach, shops, local busses and the marina. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone

Great location.Clean spacious apartment. oool area clean with reasonably priced pool bar. Pool bar staff were very friendly and attentive. Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. On arrival we were allocated an apartment up four flights of stairs. Not an issue for younger and/or fitter guests! A key is available for a side gate. We requested a change and this was facilitated. We were grateful and are aware that this cant always happen due to availability. Staff assisted us and were again very helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Great little place to stay. Cleaned every day and the staff are so friendly. Food at the bar is fantastic. The rooms are a great size and WiFi is good. Close to beach and 15 minutes to Siam . Close to night life but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend
