Would not return.... apartments are soo far away from anywhere!! Had to get taxis to get feom A to B..On arrival we had to haul luggage up huge hill to hotel then try and navigate our way to the reception area...room was clean but in desperate need of updating. Cleaning staff cleaned daily..even walking into room without knocking!! Only good point I can add add about this holiday is the singer Campbell

Stayed here in April. Wasn't expecting much as we got a cheap deal. Looking at the reviews, they are a bit mixed but I don't really have any complaints. The rooms are spacious for 2 people, everything you need for self catering especially with the shop so you can pick up things you need. The rooms were maybe a little dated and had a few ware and tare marks but nothing terrible. The pool and sun bathing area is really nice and the cleaners were out every morning cleaning the place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and would have a bit of a laugh with you. The location is up a hill that if you are maybe older or have mobility issues could be a struggle but the reception will call you a taxi and it only a few euros down to the beach. In my opinion the beautiful views you get are worth the walk. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and better than I was expecting so I'm not sure what other people are complaining about.

The views were absolutely amamzing. Rooms were huge was not expecting the rooms to be that good. Pool was great , so many facilities. Food was delicious. Food was A tad bit pricey but you’d expect that for hotels but a good range of different food options. Had a problem with our balcony door not locking but as soon as the reception was notified of the problem , maintenance was at our hotel room within 10 minuets to fix it. Hotel had its own small grocery store at the bottom which was very handy as no other shops around for a little while.

I honestly don't know why there is bad reviews for this hotel,I am here just now and can't fault it ,well apart from the beds but that got sorted with a mattress topper. I don't usually stay in 3 star hotels so wasn't hoping for much but honestly it's been totally fine and way above what I was expecting. Pool area is lovely and spotless,food is decent ,the views are just amazing,the rooms are big and ours was clean,and lots of space. It is high up and people with walking issues would struggle yes but a taxi is only 6 euro to the beach area. We walked down and up but the up is a trek. The staff have all been nice and pleasant, I got a mattress topper the next day after asking because the bed was just too firm for us. I would definitely come back again ,and if you like a strawberry daiquiri they do a lovely one here.oh and thank you for the bottle of wine with balloons attached for my husband's 40th.

We booked this hotel because we liked the look of the pool area ,room sizes and saw it was in a peaceful setting high up with amazing views.We were not disappointed.Yes 3 star,we knew this.We like walking/hiking up the hill ! But taxis are only a few euros anyway if you're coming back later when dark or tired. Our room was spotless(216).We had clean towels every day and the beds made also.Theres a card to leave on the bed if you recquire clean bedding.The bathroom is large with a powerful walk in shower.Most of reception friendly, but didn't really need them for much anyway.We went out every day,walking to La Coleta, Las Americas & Los Cristianos and usually walking back too.We used the restaurant by the pool most days for breakfast and also evening meal 3 times.Always great food and drinks.Served to us by friendly staff.Who really added something to the hotel.Entertainment on 3 evenings(singers) who were good.Everyone staying here looked to be enjoying themselves whether they were families or couples.Also a small supermarket selling anything we needed.We go home tomorrow and would definitely come back here.

The views on our balcony and complex was the only real positive of our stay unfortunately. We stayed here for 5 nights self catering And we will 100% NOT return! Check in was longgggggg, no real welcome either, safe was £25 euro you get £10 deposit back end of stay. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment and our balcony was right in front of the amazing views very good positive! BUT the only one!! Rooms are in need of a refurb, chips, scratches and broken mirror on wardrobe and stains all over the floor, bedding, and towels. 🤢 cleaners came once in the 5 days we was here and they only emptied the bin! I also saw old food on floor which was obviously from its last tenants. Errrr! The beds are ok, but very hard. Bedding was standard but had odd rip and odd little stains on them, I had to use my blanket from home to put on top of the bedsheets. The rooms are really cold, we stayed when the weather was slightly cold had a bad week with rain etc but we found the rooms to be quite cold. Everything needs a deep clean. I had to ask for fresh towels. And no cleaner in site to ask about bedding! The music around the pool is WAY too loud! And my goodness if you want a good nights sleep don’t STOP here you can hear everything. If you don’t want to wake up to palpitations stay way clear from this place the walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING! Bar/food we ate once here as we was told the grub was good, so we had bacon buttie was nice, didn’t try anything else though as we don’t really spend much time in hotel as we are out most of the time anyway. Bathroom -shower with waterfall cap and small head, beday- toilet and mirror with hair dryer which smelt like it was gonna set on fire. Living room- big fridge freezer oven hob sink big table 4 chairs tv stand with tv. Like I said we never used any of this as we was hardly in the hotel. Extractor fan needs deep clean. The apartment is massive though suppose that’s a plus! Pull out bed. Rips, holes and stains all over the pull out bed. This hotel needs some investment as it’s got so much potential. Pool area - good but never went in as far to cold, good amount space for sun beds etc. Clientele - rough and ready, youngens off their rocker on *****. You get the picture.
