The hotel is set in an amazing location. The drinks selection at breakfast isn't the best, no fresh orange or juices. Despite being bed and breakfast you shouldn't have to pay extra for fresh orange. The drinks machines are powdered or diluted juices. The cocktails and drinks in the all inclusive could be better.

Money stolen from room when I complained the very last uninterested manger told us we were lying and nothing could be done, the following day our toothbrushes were let’s say put down the toilet absolute shambles of a place which is a shame because the hotel itself was nice, just staff were at times miserable and would do nothing to assist. DO NOT STAY HERE

Our second visit in two years. The hotel is immaculate, modern and maintained to a very high standard. Staff are very friendly and are passionate about the service they provide. Excellent and varied food offering. This hotel is highly recommended, worthy of a 5* rating. We hope to be back in 2025.

Oh dear,off to a very bad start. Cold food for dinner last night,duck,fish & potatoes. Breakfast today also disappointing - orange.juice undrinkable - no flavour & very sugary, tried pineapple -also.bad. Cup of tea cold & teabags very weak. Spoke to head waiter, who sent more water - still not great, and more watery orange juice. Spoke to a manager, who said if enough people complain something may get done! Went for lunch, to find a pile of extremely dirty dinner plates. Put them on the top & told the.griddle. chef - risk of food poisoning if this continues. Far from happy, and hope the hotel takes action to rectify matters.

This was our first time booking a “monster hotel” as we would usually avoid them favouring boutiques. We were a bit shocked at the sheer size when we pulled up but quickly found our bearings. From the moment we arrived in reception we were greeted warmly and treated exceptionally well. The staff are a credit to themselves and the hotel. Our suite was comfortable and spotless, breakfast was our favourite part apart from the private sun loungers! My only gripe and it’s very minor was that breakfast for Esencia customers finished at 10am so if you enjoyed a late snooze you missed out. Nothing at all wrong with the “normal” breakfast room (far from it) the food was excellent but with the staff moving at exceptionally fast pace from about 10:15 onwards it felt like you were being rushed. In general a belter.

This is a beautiful hotel with a good location close to the beach and with warm, friendly staff who provide great service. A highlight is the app which is very useful, including for booking sunbeds, which worked really well. We used two of the three pools and they were excellent, particularly the main pool. We stayed half board and really enjoyed breakfast and evening meals each day. The food was varied and good quality. As we were there more than four nights, we also got to use the The One restaurant one night which is normally reserved for premium packages. The staff, including cleaners, were great and kept the hotel and rooms spotless. There was plenty of entertainment during the day including shooting, archery and boules, plus pool activities. The team worked really hard. Every night there was also entertainment from different artists. We had a pool facing room which meant we got the noise from the sound system in our room. I think booking a mountain view would be a quieter option. It also seems that the design of the hotel generates an echo, so unless you sit in front of the artists the sound became quite jumbled. On the last day we also discovered the library, which is hidden behind cupboards near the spa, but is packed with books and magazines. Overlay great stay. Well done to the team for providing a great stay.

Excellent hôtel du point de vue confort et propreté avec un système de réservation des sunbeds qui permet de ne pas se battre tous les jours pour en avoir un. Le personnel de l'accueil, des restaurants et des bars est extrêmement sympathique, serviable et rapide

Just returned from our holiday. From entering to leaving I could not fault any of the staff they were all very attentive Our room was lovely very modern decor. Ladies the hairdryer is fab. Clean towels everyday. Only thing I was shocked about the room had wooden panels I just ran my finger over them quite alot of dust We did not have a problem with booking sunbeds when you got the hang of it just set the alarm early booked them then back to sleep the only thing we did find is people on the beds you've booked as there were not in the sun till later in the day so had to ask them to leave The food hall can get very busy at times but never had a problem getting a table. The food was just ok I expected more to be honest the labels of the food was out sync sometime I just guess what I was picking. They had English bacon not beside the typical breakfast but at the pancakes, croissants!! On the whole the hotel was very clean. Evening entertainment was not to our taste. Sorry was geared to the older generation.

Having stayed at Princess Inspire a couple of time previous we knew what to expect. This time around we booked an Esencia room, I would recommend this option if you can. Not only does it give you options of where to eat, food market or One restaurant, ( the One restaurant is quieter with an A la carte menu ) you also get free use of the Bali beds, a nice sunbathing terrace, aperitifs between 5pm-6,as well as several other extras. The Staff were super friendly, The Cuban Guy on the door. brilliant always smiling, and helpful. A special shout out to Casanas, Jeffery, Sayka and Ruben. Although all the staff were excellent these guys went above and beyond. My only gripe would be, for me the bed was a little soft so I didn't aways get the best sleep. Till next year when we'll be back!!
