Best hotel in the world. My family has been there about ten times, and we are planning our next visit Rooms and anything else are clean, enough sunbeds and the food is good. This year the fitness classes was in another league than before. Please book Ann next year too To all the straff: my family loves you

Après 10 jours a l hotel Bonanza Palace c'est notre dernière soirée. Nous avons réservé un séjour all inclusive ce qui signifie que toutes nos consomations classique sont comprise dans le prix de notre séjour. Ce soir, soirée du 31/12 nous avons la désagréable surprise de constater que cette règle n'est plus applicable. En effet nos consomations ce soir nous sont facturées plein tarif, ceci en dépit de notre formule all inclusive nous coûte 18 euros contre 6 euro avec cette formule. Ce n'est qu un détail car il y aurait tellement a dire sur cette établissement. Nous déconseillons fortement pour l'ensemble de leurs prestations.

Avoid this hotel! I was there with my friend. We had in our room a lot of bedbugs. And when I woke up in the morning I saw a lot of bites on my Neck and hands. The day after there were much more also on my face and that dots started to itch. We changed the room but we had to throw away our clothes and disinfected luggage. The hotel staff didn't help us. Unfortunatelly another guests were admitted to this room...

Stayed at this hotel for a week in late September through to October. We arrived later than expected and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a sea view room, even though we had only booked a standard junior suite. It turns out all the rooms face the sea so we were glad we didn’t end up paying extra for it! The only downside was being placed on the 9th floor as the rooftop terrace didn’t have a bar or drinks service and the lifts were quite slow. That said, the rooftop terrace itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi with the stunning views. The food and drinks were consistently very good, plenty of options at every meal and a fantastic selection of drinks, including lots of cocktails to choose from on the all-inclusive. However, there wasn’t much daytime entertainment round the pool apart from some aqua aerobics on our last day. This could’ve been because of the construction work earlier in the week which had been cleared by then. As a younger couple, we didn’t find the evening entertainment quite to our taste either but plenty of other guests seemed to enjoy it. Despite that one of the best things about this hotel is the location. There are loads of great restaurants and bars around instead if you don't want to stay in the hotel. It was really easy to get to both Las Americas and Costa Adeje, either walking or a quick taxi ride which the hotel reception booked and arrived in minutes. Overall, we had a really nice stay.

Had a lovely stay was exactly what we wanted. Quiet hotel, food was excellent, always lots of choice, all inclusive drinks were good. Hotel was clean, room was lovely, cleaned daily, rooftop area was nice and quiet away from pool area. Only negative was you had to go from 9th floor to go get drinks. Great location for walking into town. Entertainment suited the hotel. We checked out at 12.00 and wasn’t picked up until 5.30, our all inclusive bands were not removed so we got lunch before we left. Overall great holiday and would return. A group of lads arrived mid holiday, were noisy, playing music early in morning, shouting but they were quickly told by staff to tone it down. It’s not a hotel for a group, more for couples.

We paid extra for sea view and literally every room had sea view. Could even see the sea from pool deck on ground floor. Heard lots of complaints whilst we were there tho. From raw chicken being served. Rude staff and cockroaches in room. We had cockroaches which apparently is normal for Tenerife (never seen one in any other hotel I’ve stayed int here). Staff gave us a fly spray to resolve. Breakfast was good. Pool was freezing. Roof terrace nice quiet spot to sunbathe. Very good location. Wouldn’t stay again.
