First impressions were that it was going to be horrible, however the staff were all friendly and helpful, the rooms were a bit out of date but they had all the things you would need. The beds were actually quite comfy! We were warned about cockroaches but we didn't see a single one and apparently, they only go in places where there is food! We were also told that Tenerife is full of cockroaches.....not sure about that! The pool was amazing and there is a separate kiddies pool. All the other guests were polite and nice to talk to! The food was ok, not a five star but there was always plenty to eat and the restaurant was nice and clean and airy. The rooms are based on rows starting alphabetically.....A being top row. If you struggle to walk, I would suggest getting a much higher in the alphabet room because there is a very steep hill going from the pool to reception....I'm pretty fit but on the heat, it did me right in! You have to buy your own fluids for your fridge and no toiletries are provided except towels. Stunning views. Great location. There are some shops nearby &u friend and I had our nails done & our noses pierced, all on spotless conditions, but get a taxi back!! (7 euros). If you want a real budget holiday, you could possibly do better, but you could also do a lot lot worse. My friend and I said that we would definitely go back there! We had an amazing 4.nights!

Wow this place was amazing, traveling 2 adults 1 & 8 month old I’ll start with the bad. It’s on a hill a very big hill- taxis, scooters couple of euro to the bottom and back up, Food is hit and miss we ate most days but 2 nights we ordered food. No wifi in the rooms but in the reception it’s really good. We just download movies for the evening and enjoyed our time in the sun phone free. The good The staff and in lovely helpful. Highchair at the table soon as we got in the restaurant. Playing and smiling at baby’s and kids, Pool is cool but once in it’s amazing - the pool is clean as anything, pool area is also clean The pool dose get rather deep but it’s masive so lots of shallow Pool side snacks burgers and hotdogs and chips. Get there first and it’s hot they do put fresh out but not constantly. Room was so clean and prefect for what we needed the cot was exactly how I’d have wanted it ( we had our own sheet from home) Room had fridge cutlery microwave, we could have done with a highchair in the room and I’m sure if we asked they would have. ( the restaurant wasn’t open at the time he ate at ) After all the bad reviews I read before coming I was a bit unsure but this place is amazing they also have entertainment and a small shop at the entrance but it’s not got a lot in. There is a lots of different people staying at the hotel all ages and we spoke to lots of people and everyone was lovely. And also saying how lovely it was there and shocked as they also cautious with the reviews. We would stay here agin 100% just wouldn’t come back with the baby purely because of the hill and nothing else. Also for kids they do have a small play park and it’s about a 15 min walk to Siam park and the aqua land with the dolphin show is 9 mins away and was about incredible. Monkey park was a £17 taxi away We walked to the beach and got taxis back up, it’s a nice walk down just not so much back to the top
