This hotel is filthy full of drunken people smoking ******** and vomiting in the corridors Cheap it maybe however I guess you get what you pay for I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me l left two days into a five day stay

We went for a cheap and cheerful 3 day getaway. We were very aware of the reviews and were slightly on the cautious side when arriving. Staff We found on arrival the staff to be relatively friendly, the dining room staff we also helpful but not overly friendly. Room The room was basic but had most things we needed. It was a good size and had a good amount of storage. It would have been good to have had a bar of soap to wash our hands. We also had our room cleaned every two days, as we went in January it was surprisingly cold in the evening, but they did supply two blankets in the cupboard for extra bedding. We also had a lovely sized balcony with a great view! Food We were pleasantly surprised with the selection of food. The dining room was clean and had plenty of staff that were helpful. There was a range of different foods and puddings, we honestly didn’t have a bad word to say about the food. Outdoor Area Pool was very clean and a good size, there was an outdoor bar and plenty of seating. I would say that as a whole you do get your moneys worth. We purely used this just as a base.

I was dreading coming here with all the bad reviews, but when I got there I was surprised it was a lovely place clean friendly, I know it’s on a hill but don’t let that put you off. I just went to chill and that’s exactly what I did. Food was hit and miss with me but I wasn’t starving as there was always something for you to have, I’m a fussy eater anyway. And as for the bugs I never seen one, rooms were ok well it was for me as I was on my own, had no issues at all. Overall I enjoyed my stay here

Booked a double room,but they wanted to charge more money for a second person although they emailed to say they would only be charged for all inc per day. Food was excellent room was OK although they never fixed the faults I reported Entertainment ropey

Rooms are absolutely disgusting. Cob webs in every corner of the room roof and floor and under the oven area. Charging plugs hanging out of the walls extremely dangerous. Get told you’re getting a double bed but it’s actually just 2 singles that are on wheels and move every time you move. Bath tub was full of stains and blankets had paint and random stains on. This is just the start to it and to really top it off the back door didn’t even lock.

Went over Christmas Wouldnt go back there - doors wouldnt lock could clearly see they had been broken into - Got charged extra €30 per person for the Christmas buffet on top of the all inclusive price!!! The food overall wasn’t nice - wish we didn’t go all inclusive and just kept money to eat out! Swimming pool is freezing - based right at the top of a hill Ants every where A family member anrrived after us and checked out the next day as he had a lot more issues with his room - they refused to give any refund Appreciate that it was cheaper to go away when we did - but we stayed away from there most of the time!
