Very nice stay between the 6th July and 17th. I like to write a review if I’ve been impressed. We were a family of 4 but all adults (youngest 21 ) and all round the hotel was nice. Plenty of food, great pools, nice staff and they were great when I asked to move rooms to a lower floor. I would highly recommend a sea view room. Overall great 👍

Stayed here on the 1st July for a week with all inclusive privilege service. On arrival greeted with a glass of bubbly and check in was done while we relaxed in reception. Room was lovely with the best views 616 and really comfy bed. The food in main dinning wasn't to my taste and couldn't find anything to eat nor did three others in our group. We are out one night then realised we could use the Mirador restraunt and we are there rest of holiday for breakfast dinner and tea. Staff in the Mirador treated you like you were special and nothing was too much trouble. The heated pool was the best I've found in the canaries and because I could swim everyday I will be coming back because don't normally use pool when cold. Privlage lounge was lovely help yourself sit and chat or sunbath on comfy loungers. This is perfect but I do think it should be open longer than 9pm because privlage isn't cheap so maybe till about 10.30pm would be much better. Anyway I'm looking at booking again because I was relaxed and able to enjoy holiday without doing to much walking .

From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with a cold drink, to the time we left - we felt so welcome. We were warmly welcomed by Helene, who was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyday we found more to enjoy about the hotel, and the area. Thank you to all the fabulous, friendly yet professional staff and management - you are all a credit to the H10 hotel that you all represent. The hotel is very clean inside and out and including the rooms. I couldn’t fault any of the food, we had great meals with plenty of choice for each meal of the day. I found the service in the restaurant to be fantastic. Quickly seated and served drinks. The pool bar gets busy, but it didn’t take much longer than 5 mins to get served. One issue for me was that one day you could only take 2 drinks and the next day you could take as many as you like. No consistency and no posters to state why. We were in a group of 5 so it didn’t make sense to me. The sun beds get taken early but the pool man will remove towels before 10 am if you’re not on them. We got 5 beds together after 9:30am comfortably. It’s 20 euros to hire towels and it’s refundable at the end of your stay and it’s 1 euro to change towels but this isn’t refunded. The first issue here for me was the service in the evening in all of the bars in the hotel. It was so slow!! I can wait 10 mins no problem, but 35-40 minutes is a joke. They insist on you being seated and won’t serve you at the bar but it’s farcical. Staff are carrying drinks round in circles because they can’t find the table. A round of drinks served to an empty table because the waiter can’t find where to take it. You literally wait for a round that’s never coming to your table or have someone else’s drinks that are not what you ordered. I would say it’s impossible to get drunk here 😂 so don’t worry about having a hangover. Second issue for me is that the AI finishes at 12pm on your last day and your wrists bands deactivate you can get a complimentary voucher for lunch but don’t expect to be having any drinks after that. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. Usually your AI finishes when you leave. They even cut our wristbands off at midday. If this is the way H10 is going, then I’ll never stay in one of their hotels again. Overall it was an ’OK’ hotel, but I won’t be returning here
