Private entrance, clean, comfortable and welcoming space, private driveway. Owners on site but are quiet and respectful, connected but entirely separate dwelling. Homemade treats, fresh eggs and coffee, yogurt, cereal, milk, tea and a fully stocked kitchen to make cooking during your stay easy. Smart TV, excellent Wifi. 1.2 miles to OSU/ very close to Downtown/quick drive to the Hospital. Bicycles available- wonderful park /river path nearby. Cottage not suitable for kids under 12 or pets. Absolutely fabulous cozy cottage tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, lots of amazing fall colors surrounding. My daughter and I particularly loved having access to the kitchen. Additionally, Karen and Bob shared fresh eggs “from their girls”, and prepared a freshly baked cinnamon loaf and yummy chocolate chip cookies to greet us upon check-in! I highly recommend a stay here - close to downtown Corvallis and OSU!

We had an absolutely delightful, happy and comfortable stay here in Corvallis. The hosts are kind and generous, and the house is darling, cozy, and filled with a myriad of delightful things to discover, as well as thoughtful details provided to make our stay memorable and effortless. I will make every effort to stay here again on this beautiful property when we come back next year. Thank you so much!

What an amazingly great place to stay! Lovely home, tasty baked goods, eggs, and so much more were provided. Clean, comfortable, lovely gardens, cute and convenient neighborhood. Definitely give this place our highest recommendation!

10/10 would move in tomorrow. So comfortable, cozy, quiet, relaxing. Great eclectic art and homey family photos. Appreciated the grab bar and step stool to easily get in and out of the claw foot tub for showering. There was so many little extra touches that made it easy to be there - the coffee cake, the cookies, the teas and coffees, the cooking oil that wasn’t rancid, good utensils and cookware, spare toothbrush or aspirin, and many more. Thank you Karen!

I will definitely book this cottage again. Beautiful gardens and park like setting. It was so nice to find fresh eggs, homemade coffee cake and cookies! Truly an artist retreat.

The BEST place I have ever stayed hands down! Karen and Bob have created an environment that allows for an experience over just a place to stay. All the little thoughtful details make their home extra special. I won’t share them so you can be as pleasantly surprised as we were. It’s so homey, cozy and welcoming. My husband asked if we could stay there every time we visit. Stop looking and just stay here. You are going to LOVE it!!!

Warm and welcoming stay Great location and very cute house. Karen was very helpful and kind, she provided suggestions for places to explore. Easy access to different parts of Corvallis and can easily drive to Newport and back.
