Basic apartments in a good location. Very clean, and the staff were very helpful. Major gripe that there was no storage at all in the bedroom overlooking the pool. We stayed in a family suite and the bedroom at the rear had a large walk in closet, but the front bedroom didn't even have a set of drawers or any hanging space. There were two bathrooms, the upstairs one having a bath with a shower over, the downstairs having just a shower. Both were well maintained and clean. The kitchen had basic utensils and enough crockery and cutlery for our needs. Value for money but needs updating.

This is our last day in apt 30a & our second visit to these apartments They’re not luxurious but we managed to cook a couple of meals & they’re close to town & the campanario shopping centre for bars & restaurants so we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay We would come again

Never been to these apartments so was a bit wary looking at some of the reviews. It's a simple friendly complex near to all amenities. Had some good breakfast at bon appetite in Campanario shopping centre. Our first night was cold in bed asked for extra blankets delivered within hours good sleeping after that.Had a superior junior suite room 32 A. Comfortable room with flat screen TV bring a firestick no 🇬🇧 channels. Enough cutlery to make a basic meal. It did the job our Apartment. Stayed for 26 nights, Rebooked for next year. Ps it's basic but very clean and the staff are nice.

Basic but functional, bathroom definitely needs an update. Only saw 2 baby cockroaches, quickly dispatched, and ants on the bathroom sink top. Window in bedroom did not open so got quite stuffy overnight. Other than above, beds comfy, apt cleaned reg, towels changed twice in a week. pool bar v basic & not enough sunbeds. Stuff left on sunbeds for hours and not removed. Apt 18 ground-floor, sun in the afternoon.

The apartment we had was actually spotless, a bit dated but cleaned regularly . The attitude and body language of the staff in the small restaurant left a lot to be desired, a real chore to do anything for the customers. The apartment hotel is a fair bit away from the popular music square where all the best eateries are, up to 30mins. But overall a decent place to stay.

Last day at the apartment and again it hasn't disappointed, very clean, quite and in the perfect location. Weather a bit up and down this time but rain was at night. Yes apartments are basic and maybe slightly tired but it doesn't detract from a great holiday, been here 6 times now . Don't be put off by negative reviews, folk paying budget price and expecting 5 star.

Excellent value apartments. Extremely clean, great friendly staff, great pool bar. Location perfect for restaurants and beach 5/10 mins walk. Would highly recommend. Pool quite cold at first but you get used to it quickly. This was our first visit (February) and have booked again for November.

We are here now all the negative review are not true as the hotel is spotless and the food is the same in any all inclusive .all the staff are really nice no problem with any of them . our room is lovely as we were up graded to a much bigger room and is cleaned daily with fresh towels daily if you require them bedding was changed twice in the first week.we were glad we did not change hotel because of the negative review all in all we are having a brilliant time and will come back again. Thanks to all of the staff for making this a good holiday

Pisałem opinię dwa razy i dwa razy tripadvisor nie zamieścił mojej opini jakoby z powodu złych zdjęć.Piszę 3 ostatni raz bez zdjęć.Hotel ma wiele zalet ale jedną olbrzymią wadę.Woda w basenie infinity miała być podgrzewana a nie jest.Winna mieć ok24stopnie a ma maksymalnie19 co odstrasza od dłuższego pływania.Z tego powodu odradzam ten hotel wszystkim dla których pływanie w wodzie bardzo zimnej jest dużym dyskomfortem.
