Fuentepark Apartamentos

We have stayed at Funtepark about 25 times first staying here in 2012. It is our home from home in Corralejo. We have stayed at a few other properties since we started going to Corralejo in 2008 but somehow the holiday is not as good when we don't stay at Funtepark. It is so nice to be greeted by the wonderful reception staff when we arrive as if we are returning family. They always seem to be able to accommodate us in one of our favourite rooms. The rooms are so clean and are serviced twice a week, the ladies who do the rooms are lovely and very friendly. Whenever we have had a minor problem it is immediately sorted by the excellent on site maintenance team. The pool area is lovely, and although the pool is not heated once you get in it is so nice to swim in. The rooms are nice airey rooms and the air conditioning works well should it be needed. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom perfect with complementary toiletries provided. We use the microwave and toaster but there is also a cooker. Fantastic place to stay, we are back there later this month, but disappointed that we can't yet book for November onwards as booking is not available on their booking site or through holiday companies. We do hope this is sorted soon.

We had an enjoyable short stay in February. The location is absolutely perfect. Just off the main strip. Far enough away to have a quiet nights sleep, yet close enough for so many restaurants and shops. Apartments are clean & have everything you need. They are dated and old fashioned, but that didn’t bother us. The apartments are very spacious. The pool area looked nice. I would definitely recommend to others. Great value for money.

We stayed here for 5 nights in March. Whilst the rooms are in need of an update, it was very clean and overall good value for money. It is in a quiet setting, though just a minute from the Main Street. A big bonus was there was no mad rush to get a subbed in the mornings as there were plenty of them for the size of the complex. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday during our stay and the staff very kindly left a bottle of wine for us in the room. Overall, a really pleasant stay, as I said earlier, the rooms do require an update, but this is reflected in the reasonable cost of staying here. The only downside really was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom which would put me off staying here in the summer months.

As everyone has written before the accommodation is basic, dated and really needs an upgrade. However, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The pool area is good, nice little bar and the location is brilliant. I would go again if they refurbed.

This is in a great spot. It's about 5 mins walk to the beach, shops and about 10-15 stroll to the main square. Perfect. The apartments, although a bit dated have everything that you need, including an oven, hob, grill and full size freezer (we do a big shop and cook indoors so this is a plus). There is so much storage with hangers and drawers aplenty. There isn't a coat rack anywhere. The bed is absolutely massive and apparently comfortable (said the kids), we were relegated to bed settee so can't comment. The bed settee is doable and made up when you arrive. The balcony's are plentiful and ours was sun facing, I think they all are, with a maiden which is good cos I do my washing (is this actually a holiday). It states family friendly, I'm not doubting there maybe more kids in summer but we are the only family here (Jan). Questioned whether is was an adults only. The staff are so friendly, they speak great English and anything you ask they help with. We had a couple of ants (tiny no problem ones) and they were straight up and left us a spray. there are no cockroaches. The only problem that I can find with this hotel is that the pool is Baltic. We've not been able to have a pool day which is a shame because it's like cold water swimming. It's been 21 during the day but hasn't warmed up one iota sadly. If that was ever to change then we would absolutely return, however that's put us off coming back. There is a pool bar with happy hour between 3-4 and a pool table. You can hire an iron and ironing board and there is a hairdryer. It was my daughter's birthday while we were here and she got a lovely card and present from the hotel. If you don't use a pool then book it and you won't be disappointed x
