Ha sido una semana estupenda. La ubicación del hotel está muy bien, céntrica y cerca de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, ferrys a las islas cercanas. A pie a conocer el parque natural de las dunas. El personal del hotel encantadores, siempre dispuestos y con una sonrisa. Limpieza tanto de zonas comunes como habitaciones de 10

We have just come back from a fab holiday, we had a ground floor with a great view of the pool, the rooms were a perfect size and you can opt not to have your room cleaned and get a Balinese bed and jacuzzi, we absolutely loved it, all the team were so lovely and helpful, the food was great and the help yourself drinks at meal times is a brilliant idea, our teenage boys were kept busy with the entertainment team playing pool and football, and even on the last day when one of the boys thought he had lost money, they were super helpful and even emailed when we got home to make sure he had found it ( he had ) Would we return, and we never go back anywhere twice If you looking for a five bar, seven pool resort then this isn’t for you, but, saying that, we never had to go early for a sunbed or queue at the bar

Sono stata con la mia famiglia a marzo 2025. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro e anche il mare, la struttura è moderna e ben tenuta ma la pulizia lascia a desiderare. Camere pulite in maniera molto approssimativa, un giorno hanno addirittura dimenticato di rifare la camera nonostante lo avessi più volte segnalato durante il giorno, la culla di mia figlia non è mai stato rifatta durante la vacanza, rifacevano solo il nostro letto. Il divano letto dove avrebbe dovuto dormire mia figlia incommentabile, una brandina dove sfido chiunque a dormirci per più di una notte. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, l’unica cosa che salvo è la colazione, ma il pranzo e la cena sono decisamente da migliorare. Lo chef avrebbe dovuto essere italiano ma di cucina italiana non c’era neanche l’ombra. Oltre a piatti e posate sempre sporchi. Ultima cosa che voglio sottolineare a chi viaggia con bambini piccoli, è che per i bambini in cucina non c’è la minima attenzione, non ci sono piatti dedicati a loro e a qualsiasi richiesta io abbia fatto mi è sempre stato risposto che non era possibile. Addirittura i primi due giorni si sono rifiutati anche di farle una pasta al pomodoro, dopo la mia lamentela hanno iniziato a farla. In compenso animatori molto bravi e anche per quanto riguarda la gestione delle escursioni, noleggio auto ecc..

Really enjoyed our stay at Corralejo village The location is perfect so near to everything The food was really good we enjoyed everything we ate Cleanliness is first class in all areas Entertainment is very poor if you were Italian they interact with you ,night time entertainment was absolutely awful apart from a lovely lady singer one night Reception staff also very nice Yes we would return hoping entertainment would be better

What a delightful place to visit a few sets of steps to conquer but with the option of ramped walkways. We celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary and was one of the most delightful places we have stayed one of the very Best all around places. HnH

Very kind and helpful staff. Good location near the beach and city center with shops, restaurants etc. The restaurant at the hotel is great. High quality food and lots of variation, so you don’t get tired of the food. The animation staff spread positive vibes in the relaxing pool area.
