Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo ottimo servizio in tutti i settori. Personale estremamente educato e disponibile. Ottime proposte di escursioni. Cibo ottimo a buffet. Animazione per grandi e bambini. Ottima piscina con grande attenzione alla pulizia esterna ed interna.

2nd time staying in this hotel. Overall it was a lovely holiday. We arrived about 12:15pm and luckily all 3 rooms booked were ready. Very quick check in. 2 rooms in block 4 and 1 room in block 7. Food, to be honest was fine, can get a bit repetitive but on the whole was fine. Could do with a bit more of a kids selection on the main meals. Dessert wise they really catered for kids with sweets ice cream and chocolate fountains. Alcohol was fine no issues and didn’t feel the need to upgrade to premium Rooms were adequate, lack storage for families but if just 2 of you fine. I did have a lot of ants in my bed and the sofa bed. I requested the bedding changed daily. One day I returned to the room at 4:30 and the room had not been cleaned not a problem but I needed clean towels I asked reception and they said they would sort no problems which they did they also made beds/changed bedding. However that night when we got in bed we discovered my child’s teddy missing. Turned room upside down and couldn’t find it. It had gone with the bedding. The following morning my husband went to reception Tanya on reception said she would contact laundry. Never did i think I would see it again. Returned to the room and teddy was in bed. Huge relief. Went above and beyond and cannot thank them enough seriously didn’t think we would see it again! Entertainment- Leo and Mario absolutely brilliant always something going on. Morning activity, cocktail games even when they had down time they ensured kids were kept busy. One day Leo had no takers for Pilates’s so got the kids together for a kick about most would just chill for the time allocated but not Leo. Mario kept the tunes going. Nothing was too much trouble for either or them Shout out to Sabrina on the bar remembered our drinks always happy and smiling and enjoyed the chats. I wouldn’t say that the hotel is geared towards the Italians at all I would say it was a fair mix. Loved the fact you can’t reserve sun beds at silly times never struggled always plenty of beds

Sono stata qui con la mia famiglia per una settimana ed è andato tutto bene. Il personale è gentilissimo, in particolare la ragazza alla reception con i capelli scuri: lei è sempre stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile dall’inizio alla fine. Il cibo era buono e c’era tanta scelta, lo chef italiano nella zona pasta super approvato :)

Very happy with our stay here. We were AI the food was good. Could have had more choice at breakfast ie different cheeses, parma ham etc for continental choice. Didn't get why AI could have drinks until 11 although the bar was open until 12am. Never a problem getting a sunbed. There is a baby Pool and an adult pool. The adult pool is too deep its impossible for anyone under 5'5 to stand up in and also impossible to do aqua aerobics unless you stand on the steps which just doesn't work. Only criticism as regards the rooms is the toilet is too close to the sink with a door that has a gap and doesn't close properly, not good when one is on the toilet and one is having a wash. We had a first floor room next door to our friends which worked well. I would not like a ground floor room as they do not have a private balcony. The majority of guests were italian, this didn't bother us. Entertainment in the evening was abysmal. Loud & Amateurish , such a shame as the team were lovely and really tried. Fine if it was just for the children early on, but it goes on all night. One night they had a singer on, much better. the adults want some entertainment as well. Leo deserves a mention he goes above and beyond to keep everyone happy. He's a lovely guy and the hotel need to hold on to him. The location is great, close to all shops bars and restaurants. We had a lovely indian meal at The Everest around the corner, service was quite slow, but the food was fabulous.

We’re here now and to be honest hotel is great. Reception staff (English lady) welcomed us in she was brilliant very friendly and helpful even sorting problem with our room. Other staff since also excellent. So far only criticism is some staff at pool bar are much friendlier with the Italian visitors not British. It’s certainly not all of them but one lady in particular who obviously not interested in us. Pizza station at lunch is not refilled quick enough but otherwise love the place and vibe.

Firstly I can see why families would pick this hotel as it is conveniently located and on paper would seem to have everything you would want, however all was not what it seemed. We arrived at 9.45pm at night with 2 small children and the staff member who was checking us in told us that they could get us some food but we would need to wait until 10.30pm…..pointed out the kids were tired and that wasn’t suitable. At no point was anything else offered so we were given directions and we were left to find out accommodation. We were in the top part of a block and had to lift up all the luggage and a pram. On entering the room, it was disappointing to see that the sofa bed hadn’t been made up for the kids and by this point they were exhausted. Phoned reception to be told they hadn’t noticed 4 people on the booking but would send someone. Someone came quite quickly and we got the kids to bed. I slept on the sofa bed with my little one and my other son went into the room with my older son. When we woke up the bed closest to the door in the bedroom was crawling with ants and all over my husband and child. Stripped everyone and got them showered and called reception. They sent the maids round as well as the cleaning manager. Manager was rude and not interested and the girl who was left to deal with us spoke no English but we used Google translator and she assured us she would get it sorted. Went to get beach towels at reception. You first set are free but if you want to replace them then it’s 1 euro per towel. They tell you this is the case as they are trying to reduce washing and help the environment which I am fine with but there has to be a better way with small kids. I suggested changing them after 2 or 3 days for free since they try and get you to not want your room cleaned for 2 days by offering the ballanese beds at the pool for free instead of the horrendous charge to use them. It just didn’t seem the same weight was given or compromise for families since this is a family hotel. The food in the main was ok but not much choice. Pizza and pasta every night with salads and then a choice of paella and rice and potatoes. A suggestion would be a kids section rather than in the main run as this often became congested with the numerous people jumping the queues with no regard for the families waiting. One morning I was patiently waiting my turn with my son and the manager (tall, blue suit) barged in and nearly knocked me down and didn’t bat an eye. My husband is gluten free and picked up a sealed roll to make a salad sandwich. In opening it, it had blue mould and again no one seemed bothered when it was taken back. The staff work hard but you can see they are understaffed. The pool shack where you got drinks and food during the day only ever had one person who was run off their feet. The many comments about the hotel catering for Italian guests was clear to be seen. We played bingo one afternoon and all the numbers were in Itali

Our 6th stay here and once again a great holiday. All the staff are brilliant , friendly and helpful The rooms are getting a bit tired now but the cleaners do a great job Location remains brilliant, centrally located and close to all the shops and not far from the beach Food seems to have improved a bit from last time, with the hot food actually being hot ! but the choice remains varied and even though I'm a fussy eater, I always found enough food I liked to fill me up ( usually more than fill me up :) ) Looking forward to returning in December - See you in 7 weeks Corralejo Village :)

Firstly, the reviews I generally to praise, however, I feel i need to be slightly negative as the reviews are what we use to decide on the holiday we're booking and how this hotel receives four and half stars is beyond me. Let me start with the positives. 1. Cleanliness - Brilliant, the maid came in everyday to clean the rooms and you could request replacement of towels & bed linen 2. Location - Great the hotel is just off the main street and isn't to close to what could be a noisy area, but it also isn't too far to walk if you want to be there. 3. Sunbeds - Plenty when we visited and we were told the hotel was full, although the umbrellas could be harder to find (if required) but there are what I would say is enough. 4. The pool is clean and well monitored by the lifeguards, who will also help out moving & putting up umbrellas etc, if required 5. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful (or most are). 6. The entertainment is decent Now for the negatives 1. The food is not like some all inclusive resorts that have hundreds of dishes, but there are enough, that being said, some days trying to find something nice is tricky (I'm not a fussy eater) although I never went hungry!!!! 2. Drinks - Diabolical, our party tried a wide variety of drinks but most of the spirts lacked flavour, if that was the coke used or the sprit itself we're not sure, but it was noted that they do lack alcohol content and there were far better spirits available across the road in the Spar for around 6 euros per litre (tried after bringing back to the UK). Gin & tonic was the best drink we found in the hotel 3. One particular member of the bar staff was extremely slow and in my opinion lacked any customer service. On going to the bar he would sometimes say hello, then go off and do other things, possibly leaving you there for five minutes before returning to serve and allowing a massive queue to form or he would serve others who had placed themselves at the bar, not in the queue. 4. There is only one bar open in the day and only one different bar at night these generally only had one member of staff and if the slow guy was on duty he occasionally had help (but the queue had to be massive first) Overall Would i go back to this hotel - NO Would i recommend this hotel - Tricky one as if some of the above points were addressed yes but at the moment - NO
