Failure to pull trash cans out will result in a fee of $75.00 as we will need to pay to have someone to remove and discard the trash from trash cans. The back garage is being renovated into an apartment no one is allowed to access the dwelling. NOTE: This home is sprayed by Fox Pest every month, however it is located near the bay and because of this, guests might see a water bug or the occasional roach.
