Excellent service and beautiful facility!

This place is amazing, I stayed for 5 nights at the end of my Backpacking trip whilst I was diving for 3 days. The staff are exceptional - nothing is too much trouble. Everything is clean, the food is delicious, the pool is amazing, although a few extra sun loungers wouldn't hurt, and the grounds are beautiful. I loved the little treat they left in my room every evening, they have the little personal details, which set them apart from elsewhere perfected. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Thank you very much!

Bacau Bay is highly recommended. Located near the town center. We enjoyed the deck, pool and breakfast buffet. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The room in massage was relaxing. The resort is good for families.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt (fussläufig jedoch erreichbar). Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und mit genügend Liegen ausgestattet. Sogar eine Hängematte gab es zum Entspannen. Einzig das Abendessen hat uns nicht zugesagt. Da befinden sich in der Stadt bessere und günstigere Restaurants.

Muy buen hotel, la piscina genial y el punto para ver la puesta de sol, espectacular (ver foto). Habitación, colchón, desayuno, baño, todo muy bien.

Good location. There are lots of trikes outside at a fixed price - 30 pesos per person. Breakfast was not topped up, and some items were finished when we got there. I asked for a latte and was charged, thinking it was included in the breakfast. Asked an elderly receptionist about tours and booking of flights, and she was fairly unfriendly.

We spent 2 nights at Bacău Bay resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. A lot of things were under upgrading process when we visited, including the Happy Hour Bar at the Marina, and the restaurant. Some extra charges were unnecessary (charge to rent a beach towel for the day). The dinner variety and quality was poor. I hope the upgraded version is better value for money !

Schönes entspanntes Resort in schöner Gartenanlage vor dem inspirierenden Mangrovenwald. Schöner Sunset am Steg. Unsere Suite war tip top. Die Bar und der Pool sind herrlich zum entspannen nach den Tagesausflügen. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren ein wenig ernüchternd, was man vom restlichen Personal nicht behaupten kann. Alle anderen waren überaus nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir Ms.Darlyng eine tolle Frau, und Mr.Jan von unserem privat Trip. Vielen Dank für Alles.

The hotel itself was lovely and the food was good. However, we found the roosters next to the hotel to be very inappropriate and disturbing. We could not sleep properly because they are noisy all through the night. There is no way to block the noise out. We were able to switch rooms, which helped, but if the hotel is running at full occupancy it will be a problem. About 24 rooms are affected by the noise the roosters make. It is a pity that roosters on a plot next to the hotel causes plenty of discomfort for guests. If I was the owner of this hotel, I would certainly do something about the roosters.

1.check in take a long time 2.swimming pool is dirty 3. Every morning and night there is the sound of roosters crowing 4.no slipper in side 5.the water heater not hot water after few minutes

Decent Hotel in Coron a Bit Outside the town but Quite and Calm If No construction Going on....

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant et toujours au petit soin. Je vous conseille vivement.
