Rooms adequate and clean. Upon booking, had specifically requested a room where I could park at my door. ♿️ Handicapped, and walking distance is a difficulty. Maybe something all hotels could consider. AC worked well, and bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave in room. What is it that warrants a poor rating? Mould. I went down to the breakfast room to grab a morning coffee, and was greeted with a very strong mouldy musty smell as soon as I opened the door. This, in the area where food is served. I mentioned it to the front desk staff, and they acknowledged they knew and said when the kitchen attendant comes in, she opens the doors, airs it out and then it’s not so bad. Now I’m back in my room with an irritated nose, and frequent sneezing, which I hadn’t experienced until going in the breakfast room. So if you are susceptible to respiratory issues as I am, steer clear.

Outwardly fairly clean but very much weathered,as is the interior,railroad noise and motorcycle traffic..will do in a pinch,but not a go to place..no restaurants around but a short drive gets you to a traffic circle , and then another very confusing,,but that’s where most of the food is,and gas ( not there problem)..the good news was that gas ranged from 1.48 a litre to 1.62.. might be a gas war going on..

Very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back. Staff was very friendly. A lot of food options in breakfast. High speed internet. Comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Staff was very helpful to tell us best restaurants to dine in the town.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast , pool was open and friendly staff and amazing service. Would definitely stop here next time and definitely recommend it.

The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. nice looking rooms. The breakfast, fresh and hot. The indoor pool is looking very nice, they were finishing up some minor renovations. I'll be sure to use the pool on my next stay there. Location is close to some great restaurants, grocery and shopping. There is plenty of parking. My wife and daughter were both pleased with the accommodations. (Wi-fi, telephone and television) ;) A good nights sleep and a pleasant stay. fair rates, clean, comfy room and friendly helpful staff. I will be recommending the Comfort-Inn to friends and relatives. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

We stayed 4 nights over Thanksgiving Weekend. The room was not overly large, but it did have everything needed. Good storage, very comfortable king size bed, desk, fridge and microwave . Very clean, staff were friendly and they even offered a complimentary hot breakfast every day. Good water pressure in the shower. My only small complaint.... we were traveling with our 9lb Pomeranian who is very well behaved and quiet. It was not made clear at booking or check in that the $20 Pet surcharge was applicable per night. To be charged $80 in total for a tiny dog was a bit much. However, overall we were quite pleased.

Although this review indictes we stayed October 22 we in fact stayed on a road trip to and from Maritimes in August 2021 and Sept 2021. We have stayed here before but this time we had our dog with us. As always a good spot to stay. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. helpful staff. Very pet friendly

The staff was efficient and accommodating and the rooms stocked with appropriate needs, beds and linens clean. Although advertised as a 100% non-smoking facility, the room a/c blew cigarette and mildew odors from perhaps being a prior [heavy] smoking room. The hall rugs were stained more than acceptable, but room spotting minimal. However, the double window / screen area complete with dead beetles needed vacuuming and cleaning. The facility appeared to be in used for multiple displaced families. Although the kids played in the halls and exterior areas, they were polite and quiet. Other room noise was low but cooking odors apparent. The facility seemed to lack TLC but especially the rear exterior, more like an alley, creating an over-priced feeling. P.S. The continental breakfast set-up was acceptable, again with staff attentive.
