"Meille kerrottiin, että sisäänkäynti oli ennen kello 8:00, ei poikkeuksia. Joten järjestimme koko päivän varmistaa, että olimme siellä klo 8:00. Tunnin myöhemmin vastaanotto tarkastettiin jollekin toiselle, joten selvästi poikkeuksia tehtiin joillekin, mutta ei meille. Ei jättänyt meitä hyvää tunteita. Sijainti ei kävele etäisyydellä minkään kahvilakaupan (joka tarkoittaa 10 min kävely tai vähemmän). Kahvia oli saatavilla alhaalla, mutta kun kysyin, voisiko minulla olla kahvia, sanoin, että minun oli rekisteröitävä etukäteen ja maksanut koko aamiainen. Mielestäni kohteliaisuus kahvia voisi olla hyvä idea! Tai ainakin antaa vieraille maksaa vain kahvia, kun ei ole mitään muuta välittömästi saatavilla. Uima-allas (vieraille ilman yksityistä uima-allas) avataan myös klo 10:00 - tuntui myöhässä kesän lämpöä, varsinkin lapsille, jotka ovat ylös ja innoissaan uida varhain. Mieheni rangaistettiin ylittää muoviketju ja mennä uima-allas klo 9:57am. Se on mukava paikka, mutta en tuntenut kohtelua."

"We booked through Alkyon Website, tried to use the June's offer: book 4 nights and pay for only 3! But it wasn't possible. We were charged for 100% 4 days. That was first sad thing! The second was upon arrival, when you see that this isn't 5* hotel - while the building and park is quite OK, you see that this is more like a junior camp, not 5* leisure hotel. The dinner was noisy, no one offered drinks, no one asked if we don't want to order anything else.. we usually wear something nice for dinner, but this wasn't place to enjoy dinner. We had to go out of hotel for nice evening vibes. As we were first time there, it would be nice to get some more information about location - map of resort. We had no info. The pool and the rooms were clean, towels were good, beds comfortable. The seaside is really nice. Food wasn't so good, perhaps because so many students arrived for camping?! We didn't feel 5* services. There was very basic service."

"For the first time here. (12-05-2026) Wonderfull hotel, small but excellent. Eirini welcomes the guests as family. She is really amazing. Friendly, helpfull and knows how to please the guests. The genuine Greek hospitality! 👌🏻 Hope she will be working here for a long time. Very nice/modern rooms. Very clean, not very nog, but they have everything you need. Really nice garden for relaxing with a fine glass of wine. ( or something else..) And go and see the wine cellar. We loved it. Reasonable prices for top service! Paul from the Netherlands."
