unkomplizierter Check-in, sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick is Grüne (2cityView"), sehr sauber; das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig, nicht nur an japanischen, koreanischen und philippinischen Gästen orientiert; Pools sehr gut gepflegt, etwas langer Weg zum Strand (knapp 10 min), dort gute Ausstattung mit Liegestühlen, Kajaks und Paddelbrettern. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Im really disappointment with our stay. 1st. We booked the reservation at Solea Palm but upon arriving we were told that we must do the check in at other Solea. No proper information provided. 2nd. We forgot our keycard at the room and then we spoke with fd . I informed her if there is an extra keycard and was advise to just go back outside our room and wait for housekeeping to open the room. Again the front desk is located at other Solea which is far from Palm. Just so you know my companion has ACL injury. We went outside the room and waited for 15-20 minutes and no housekeeping arrived. We walked again to the fd tired and upset spoke again to the Gley and she provided me a key card. Still, Im not happy about this. 3rd. We were told by fd that we have 30 mins free at playroom/game room. At the area, we need to purchase tokens or pay 200 php for a 30 mins billiard! 4th. Curtain is really dirty 5th. The lights in the balcony is not working. We were eating outside with no light.

Best resort for Families in Cebu.

The poorest booking experience I had. I paid through trip.com an accomodation with breakfast for 3 people and got the price adjusted for that. Then, upon checking in the hotel it turnout that I have to pay for the 3rd person since its their policy to collect fee for the 3rd person and another fee for breakfast even its already indicated in the voucher.

My stay at Solea Palm Hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, making me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully designed, and the amenities, including the pool,breakfast,were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a truly memorable experience.

Overall it was a good start. We would highly recommend biking a room with a pool view as the roosters on the city side wake early and are loud. The kids loved the slides, the beach was nice, and the buffets were good. The staff at the buffet were excellent! The rooms themselves could be cleaner though in our opinion.

Solea never fails to give us the best vacation experience year after year! From the relaxing ambiance to the well-maintained facilities, everything is just perfect for a getaway. But what truly makes our stay extra special is their amazing staff—their warm hospitality and superb customer service make us feel valued and well taken care of. They go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

so good our family had a relaxing and fun time

아들과 주말 물놀이하러 1박 예약하고 다녀왔어요. 수영장이 많아서 좋았고 시설은 좀 낡고 위치가 외져서 그런지 주위에 갈곳 음식점 등이 부족한 느낌이었어요. 체크아웃 후 나올 때 그랩 시도만 몇번하다 끝나서 택시호출을 리조트에 부탁했습니다. 빨리 잡아주셨고 100페소 차지 더 드리는걸로 택시탈수 있었어요. 깨끗하진 않다는 후기를 읽었던터라 기대는 없어서인지 저는 괜찮았습니다. 냄새도 없고 개미도 없었구요. 디너뷔페 괜찮았습니다.

Отель для моих целей подошёл великолепно. Бронировала один день отдохнуть перед вылетом. Сразу начну с минусов. В номере очень грязно, на балконе вообще никогда не убирали. Но я в этом плане, человек не притязательный, кто-то может быть в ужасе. Кровати очень удобные, комната светлая, красивый интерьер и красивый вид с балкона на закат. Выспалась великолепно. Кондиционер тихий и создаёт комфортную температуру.Народу в отеле куча, но они мне никак не мешали, территория большая. На пляже удобные лежаки и достаточно тихо, так как все сидят возле бассейна. Цены в ресторане я бы не сказала, что прямо уж высокие, на других курортах были примерно такие же. Очень долго пришлось ждать обслуживания в ресторане и также трудно было найти свободный столик (из-за большого количества людей), так что по возможности лучше приходить пораньше на ужин часов в 18 были свободные столы и обслуживали поживее, в 19.30 уже аншлаг. Еда была вкусной. В целом 4 из 5. Отдыхом я довольна.
