位置不錯 就係paultons park隔離！
不過房間隔音效果差，會聽到其他人聲音。
整體不錯，有機會會再入住

A warm welcome to be had . Clean and warm bedroom. Great nights sleep. Great selection of everything for breakfast, freshly made to your order when required. Friendly staff. Great experience and just what we needed for the day ahead. Will stay again.

Really quaint hotel staff really friendly and helpful especially Sharon on the reception desk when we checked in and again in the morning went above and beyond will definitely stay here again whenever we visit our family in Southampton as only 5 mins up road

Our room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. This Premier Inn is in a quiet location but close the M27. Parking available. Top marks for the shower, which was large, good water pressure and nice hot water. Friendly reception staff.

Can't believe the heating in room 43 does not work, went to reception to complain, they sent someone's to have a look but nothing could be done to get it working, on this very cold November day. Oddly enough there was an electric plug in oil radiator under the desk making one thing they already knew of a problem with the heating, but it's not sufficient to heat the room. We can't swap rooms as they say they are full tonight 21st November. Bathroom is like a cold store. Reception said see the manager in morning. I think this will definitely be our last stay here as in February the heating was not good

We stayed here as a party of 8 and were most impressed at the price we paid. The rooms were excellent, they were spotless and contained everything we needed. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, i had an excellent night's sleep. We ate breakfast there twice and thoroughly enjoyed it, there was plenty of choice and the food was good quality. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely use this Premier Inn when visiting the area again.

Upon entering our room we found a slug on the bed. We immediately went to reception and asked to change rooms. The windows were shut so we couldn't be certain that this was the only slug/wildlife, nor how long it had been in there. The receptionist informed us that there were no other rooms available and the best she could do would be to change the sheets. We felt this was not enough given our concerns but reluctantly accepted that this would be our only option vs finding a different hotel late at night. She changed the sheets but this didn't stop us feeling dirty and like we might find other slugs and bugs everywhere we looked. We were very uncomfortable. We really would've preferred a different room. As a result, we barely slept. The website advertises 'Good Night Guarantee', but this is a lie. We reported our issue, requested a resolution and were provided with an attempt at resolution, but not anything that actually helped us feel comfortable. So, as per the T&Cs of the 'Good Night Guarantee', we requested a refund for the stay because we had a terrible nights sleep and couldn't wait to leave. We were told by customer services that they were aware of the slug and in their eyes they did rectify the situation for us. And that we weren't eligible for the refund because we didn't inform receptionist we were having trouble sleeping. In what world is it reasonable for us to struggle to sleep and continuously go down to reception to moan at the receptionist when she's already informed us that there are no other rooms? I couldn't believe they would avoid their own policy in this way. We aren't troublesome people and don't enjoy moaning at those working in customer service roles just for the sake of it. Ultimately, we did not receive value for money, and we should have been eligible for the 'Good Night Guarantee' but have instead found ourselves feeling taken for fools.

The room was comfortable and adequate Quite a hard bed which was good for my back Shower was over bath would have preferred a walk in shower, and a little more draw space by the bed Otherwise ok for a basic hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly

I had problems trying to book with Central Booking as one person said they could give me a room next to my Son and his family. When I rang back to book I was told they could not do this due to data protection. However when I rang the hotel the receptionist was happy to give me a room opposite my Son. It would be helpful if all staff were working within the same hotel policies. When I complained to customer services they were not interested and refused to escalate my complaint, stating they can only deal with complaints after the stay. I found this hotel very expensive for a basic Premier Inn - It was more expensive than the Hilton I stayed at in Southampton. I am guessing this is because of its close proximity to Paultons Park, even though there was no bar or restaurant apart from at breakfast time. There was not even a telephone in my room to contact reception. Staff on reception were very unfriendly. On checking in the receptionist just stared at me and again when I collected bags I left, another receptionist just stared at me. They made me feel very self conscious. My Son experienced the same when he went to complain that his room had not been cleaned and towels changed as requested - however he didn't realise that someone before had left "Do not disturb" on the outside door handle. But no-one was aware that he had requested his room to be cleaned. On leaving I told the receptionist that I was kept awake all night by doors banging but she did not care and just said "I will investigate". I have not heard anything back about this and she did not even take any details. So their good night sleep promise is clearly just a lie. The buffet continental breakfast was very good and the member of staff in the breakfast room was very nice and helpful.
