En general el hotel estaba super bien en cuanto a ubicación e instalaciones.Tal vez fue solo a nosotros pero estuvimos 4 noches y no nos limpiaron la habitación ningun dia(y bajamos varias veces a decirlo)pero por el resto bien.

來哥本哈根之前就被這裏的酒店均價擔憂了一下，看到好多膠囊旅館，糾結了好久訂了這家。事實證明超出期待蠻多，房間並不是很小，一人獨自旅行的話完全足夠，桌椅都很方便，衛生不錯，環境也很安靜，check in和checkout 完全自助完成，效率非常高。唯一缺點是位置略有不便，離IKEA和火車站都要步行十分鐘左右。

Great hotel, sophisticated reception, simple rooms with everything you need, comfortable bed with mattress topper and two duvets, windows that open… had a great stay here. We also rented a bike for the day from the hotel which was about £15 and super easy to organise.

Good location, but small rooms as in the pictures. The room was not cleaned after the first day, so it seems you need to request it by yourself, so I didn't like this specifically if you are busy in other things.

not much amenities such as gym or pool. Good location near to metro station. Very small room even with the skyroom upgrade. Need to pay if u want to early check in evem though there’s a lot of room available .

The front desk staff were excellent ( except they didn't tell us where the extra pillow was). Everything else was a major disappointment. The room is small..very small for two people. No storage space. We were supposed to have a water view, unless it was the rain on the window, it wasn't. The bed is a foam pad on the storage place where the extra pillow is located. The curtain blocks out little of the morning light so be prepared for early start. If you want cleaning service , you have to request it the evening before.There is no safe box available so security is not high on the hotel priority. Breakfast is nothing special.and the chairs are notably uncomfortable. As there is no air conditioning the room is stuffy . Overall, it is a solid one star hostel .if you are very price sensitive go ahead but otherwise look elsewhere.
