Reflections Tower Two

We have been staying at Reflections for many years, never have we had a bad experience until this recent trip in room 803. Arrived to find the previous guests damp smelly bath towels piled up on our kitchen bench. I hastily placed them outside beside the lift bay which is where they remained for the following 2 days. The gas strut on the entry door to the apartment was broken and the door would slam violently, very dangerous if a hand or finger were to get in the way! The water dispenser on the fridge was covered in mold, it was filthy! Hand prints all over the glass in the bathroom. The furniture....wow, please make an effort to update if you want these prices, it resembled a nursing home, a dated recliner couch and the strange table/bench I am not sure what this was, no art work..it was bland..no holiday vibe at all. Fortunately the view was as stunning as always, we did spend most of our time out on the deck, the outdoor furniture could be improved, so much space and only one small table. Not sure if we will take a chance again at Reflections, there are others along the strip that might be worth a try.

Great location for beach, walking and dining options. Nice large 3 bedroom unit with great Ocean views. Generally clean, however could be better. A little upkeep is required. Good weekend overall.

Fantastic location and views overlooking the water. Huge apartment and comfortable furniture. Great cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. We loved it and will definitely be back

Great location! The room was large and very comfortable.

Rainy days The 2 bedroom unit had amazing views from all rooms and was clean and had all conveniences. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though it rained, there was plenty to do and lots of eateries as well as a Woolies not far away. The bus and train service are good if you are flying in to Brisbane. A good holiday!!
