I am so disappointed! I reserved a handicap accessible room. It was clearly posted on the hotel website. While I was checking in I was informed that they did not have any accessible rooms! I( was livid and was you have got to be kidding me! The reservation went thorough for the room and not once was I told that there were none available. I went out to my car and spoke to my mother about the situation, she is in a wheelchair. I was still very upset, but didn't feel like going through all the trouble of trying to find another place to stay, I went back in to see if they had a first floor room. I sent a message to corporate about the situation, but I never received a reply. I need to find a direct email, they need to be aware of this situation!
