Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Conyers

Room wasn't clean at all. It's a alot different than the last time we stayed here. Staff was friendly.

One Time Stay Staff was friendly and accommodating. Most of the issues come with condition of the room. The room was very heavy with the smell of cigarettes. There was, what appeared to be a massive patch on the wall indicating recent damage was repaired, but no paint. Two of the light switches in the room were non-functional. The lighting fixture in the ceiling of the kitchenette looked like it was going to fall. The back patio looked like it was just recently used. Both of the air conditioning units on the patio were broken. Additionally, there was a wasps nest in the one adjacent to the living room unit. At very minimum, wasps here frequently passing in and out of the wide open break in that unit, indicating that they were living in there. The curtain in the bedroom was very difficult to open as the manipulator bar was missing. The location was convenient, but I will likely not stay at this hotel again.

Unclean and under renovation. Pictures not same. We didn’t stay. Lost my points and cash for the other room that we paid for. The hotel was under renovation. They wanted to change $150 deposit for incidentals.the rooms were nothing like the pictures. The lobby was smelly. There was 3 other couples that canceled their stay also. During the same time as we were.
