"Pysähdyin paljon Hampton Innin omaisuuksia vuoden aikana ja tämä oli kaikki mitä tarvitsimme yhden yön oleskelu. Kaikki oli puhdas ja huone oli suhteellisen hiljainen, joka oli hyvä tarkastella kuinka lähellä se on moottoritie. Täällä on paljon vieraita, jotka työskentelevät kaivoksissa ja muissa läheisyydessä, joten olin vaikuttunut, että hotelli oli niin puhdas. Olen ollut samankaltaisilla alueilla, ja hotelli ei pystynyt pitämään paljon likaa ja rasvaa nämä kaverit tuoda. Jos joku löydän itseni alueella uudelleen, en epäröi jäädä tänne."

"Have stayed here for 17 years, always felt welcome, cared for. This year we were disappointed. No water dispenser in lobby, no IHG rewards member recognition, no maid service(we were there 3 nights), not even trash cans dumped, towels replaced, bathroom cleaned! No response to fixing a bathroom issue, no face soap in bathroom, just very sad, it used to be a very nice place to stay, and for the price they now charged us, like it's the Hilton, could you please provide some services?"
