Très bon accueil personnel super sympathique. L'hôtel est bien situé, facile d'accès et les chambres sont confortables. Je recommande cet hôtel, le centre ville est proche. Sans oublier les magnifiques ponts de jour comme de nuit grandioses

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Quick check in. The room was large and in very good condition. The bathroom was large and functional. Bottles of waters provided. Very good breakfast. Negative aspect was the wifi which was very slow and often didn't work at all.

Bonjour Bon hôtel à Constantine. Rien a dire sur le personnel Ayette a l.accueil un vrai bonheur Doria Sarah agent de voyage un vrai plaisir de les avoir connue. Du personnel d.entretien on ne peut rien dire a l.ecoute serviable. Ensemble de l.equipe RAS Mais fuyez l.endroit.je suis encore sous le choc devant l.entree de l.hotel nous attendions notre taxi Yassir qui me téléphone pour me dire qu.il est arrivé et un jeune survenue de nul part.me prend mon téléphone de l.oreille.devant l.entree de l.hotel.ma fille de 15 ans même pas peur lui a couru .en criant au porche de l.entree de l.hotel c.est la que la sécurité a essayé de rattraper ce voyou.. Le quartier est connu de larcin d.agression de vol bijou portable.la police nous l.as confirmer. Je suis terroriser de sortir .cela fait quatre jours que nous sommes arrivés en Algérie..je ne suis plus sortie depuis mon agression et je vais faire le nécessaire pour rentrer en France le plus tôt possible. Cet Hôtel est au mauvais endroit.pas de sécurité la journée. Je ne sortirai pas de l.hotel pas avant que mon mari aurait rangé nos valises et surveiller que personne nous suis. Voila ce quartier. Je vie un vrai traumatisme

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire à l'Hôtel El Bey à Constantine ! L'accueil chaleureux et le service exceptionnel ont vraiment rendu notre expérience mémorable. Les chambres étaient confortables et bien entretenues, offrant une vue magnifique sur la ville. Le personnel était attentif à tous nos besoins et nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur hospitalité remarquable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent Constantine et recherchent une expérience inoubliable.

Spacious rooms and nice breakfast. I didn't really manage to figure out how to get water into the bathtub, so bath or shower was not possible. I only stayed one night. Some misunderstanding when checking our was sorted out satisfactorily. By the staff.

We were visiting a friend in Constantine and she selected this hotel for us. It is not in the centre but had excellent parking. An onsite restaurant with an excellent buffet breakfast included in room price. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. The ones at the front have road noise if you open the windows. All the frontline staff had excellent English which meant I did not have to use my abysmal French. The staff were wonderful. Efficient, friendly and helpful.

Chambres spacieuse , confortables et propres. réception serviable et accueillante (merci ghanya).localisation pratique. Un petit parking devant l'hôtel avec un gardien le soir. Le seul bémol c'est le petit déjeuner qui nécessite une petite amélioration. Rq: on a trouvé assez bizarre et incomprehensible qu'on nous demande avec insistance de manger sur une table déjà utilisée et sale sans prendre la peine de nettoyer ou changer les nappes. Hôtel très pratique dans l'ensemble,et encore merci pour l'accueil.

Tres bonne literie, belles chambres propres, hygiène impeccable des salles de bain ,petit déjeuner correct ,hall de l ' hôtel très agréable avec plusieurs salons et une cafétéria ,excellente fréquentation, personnel agreable et à l ' ecoute et tres bon emplacement proche de la ville ,j ' ai hâte d ' y retourner pour un prochain séjour.
