High Ceilings and large main living area One hundred foot dock only steps from the house. Electricity and water available at the dock. Private launch only 1/4 of a mile away. Excellent fishing and boating awaits you! Two kayaks plus a canoe available on the premises for your use. Kayak rentals/lessons 3 miles away at Stones Marina. Newly opened Casino (Point Place Casino) only 3 miles from the house. House has been totally renovated! Enjoy this air-conditioned cottage--2 bdrm, 1 bath, full kitchen, micro, stove, frig, dishwasher, flat screen TV. Sleeps 6. All new beds/sofa and Healthy Sleep/mattress/pillow protectors. I would rate my stay at a nightly at Paul Boltman’s house is rental. It was excellent. I enjoyed it tremendously and I’ll be going back next week for another week and I will be renting it again next summer and so thank you very much for a beautiful stay and I hope to see you soon Paul and thank you so much for being a great host Nora.

A great little place for a couples get away. The property sits right on the water, and a marina to launch a boat is just a few minutes away. The house was clean and bedding was comfortable. It has a 2nd bedroom that would be good for a child. The owner kept in touch and made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

BEST VIEW ON LAKE ONEIDA This place is the best spot on Oneida if you are hard core bass fisherman. Dock is out of the wind and deep enough. Power hook up right at the dockbeats the Hotel Game. Take the boat in and out. Great View of the Lake

Quiet cozy getaway We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin on Oneida Lake. It was the perfect getaway from our loud and busy NYC life. The host was great and the house was clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Too short We stayed for 3 nights. Honestly, we just didn't get tired of the view from the deck and dock. Watching the diving osprey and boat traffic was the perfect entertainment. The house was everything we needed. stocked, clean and cool from the midsummer heat. Would definitely go back.
