Your feedback surprised us based on the fact that you select our nonrefundable offer, asked on the check in for staying less days that selected, and after few days you prolonged the period. We don't understand why you were so dissatisfied at the end. Regarding the bottle of water from minibar every guests have to pay them based on the consumption and the costs specified in your room's flyer. These are the rules of minibar in each hotel.
