WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, patio, barbecue house. 500 m long bumpy motor access to the grounds. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station 40 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Das Haus wie auch der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Ei
