Initially, I was worried it was a small, privately owned hotel, but when I arrived at the lobby and saw the automatic doors and uniformed receptionists, I knew I was unlikely to have any problems, and checking in proved that I made the right choice. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Congjiang High-Speed Railway Station, just a short walk away. Also, I don't like very tall hotels, as I feel there are fire hazards. This one was perfect; it only has three floors, which made me feel safe. The room was new and clean, and the smart home features felt modern and not out of touch with the city. The receptionist was very helpful, but her workload seemed a bit heavy. She handled both check-in and check-out at noon. While service is paramount, the owner should also consider employee rights! Of course, if I'm face-blind and mistook her for someone else, then disregard what I said."
