I am going to start this review by saying this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Maybe once upon a time it may have been but from my experience it definitely is not now. It is comfortably a 4. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, remote 4 star hotel this is for you. We had a lovely 2 night stay here but I wouldn't return as it did not offer the 5 star luxury service it promises. Good points- The welcome drink on arrival whilst we waited to check in was lovely down by the sea. The room was the best family room we have stayed in as it offered a king size bed, 2 singles and 2 bathrooms which was great for a family of 3 girls. It was also very clean. Most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The beach bags for use was a lovely touch. The childrens menu in the restaurant was great for our little ones, especially our youngest who has a milk allergy. The allergens were clearly shown. Bad points- The hotel is very run down in parts, especially the pool area. There is no food or drink service around the pool. There is no valet to greet you when you arrive and you can't get your car close to the hotel so it's confusing as to where to park when you first arrive. The lifeguard was never around the pool and preferred walking around talking on his mobile. There is no atmosphere in the hotel, with no music playing. The evening drinks in the lobby before dinner felt very dull. There is a grand piano in the bar area but no signs of any use. The breakfast buffet was very basic continental. Only 3 pots of warm food, sausages, scrambled eggs and green beans or peas. Other eggs or warm food options were not offered. There was no oranges dor orange juice on our final day they had run out. At dinner my husband was reviewing the wine menu, it was removed and given to another couple and not given back. The Pool is not heated and was very cold. Towards the afternoon the pool is in the shade so you'd expect it to be heated a little. There were not enough sun beds, my husband had to sit at a table. No bed was offered by the staff. This hotel is not set up for kids, there isn't much to keep them entertained and the quiet atmosphere around the pool did not allow for them to play or have any fun. The hotel is mainly occupied by older couples and this is definitely the vibe it was giving off.

Fantastic hotel overlooking Spiagga Della Conca Verde and the La Maddalena islands. Amazing rooms, amazing staff, amazing breakfast on the deck overlooking the pool and beach. They have there own umbrellas and chairs by the beach. There’s also a snack bar and boat hire place on the beach. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough. We can’t wait to come back.

Très joli hôtel, calme en cette période (fin août début sept.). Propreté impeccable et personnel très sympathique et souriant. Nous le recommandons.

Siamo qui per la quarta volta. Siamo rimasti sorpresi positivamente dal nuovo bar all'esterno, bella idea. Purtroppo anche quest'anno non abbiamo più trovato personale dell'ultimo anno........perchè? L'accoglienza in un 5 stelle dev'essere un'altra! L'accoglienza è il biglietto di visità di un albergo. Siamo qui da settimana è non si è fatto ancora vedere il o la gerente......La sala fitness non può essere nominata così, il nome giusto sarebbe ripostiglio........ls manutenzione a porte, scalineta, ecc. dev'essere fatto anche in un 5 stelle... Come personale bisogna mettere al primo posto Alessio come bagnino e anche Raimondo come cameriere, sono persone bravisseme, molto attente e dolci, grazie 1000 a voi, ci avete fatto sentire clienti benvenuti. Bellissimo posto, purtroppo manca la gestione.....
