The location and beach houses directly on the beach are amazing. You can walk directly into the warm waters of the sea. The restaurant in the spot offers the standard fish dishes and is convenient.alao the restaurant is on the beach itself. The service team should be trained better to serve clients more smoothly and also increase the English speaking ability. Compared to other places this place with beach stay was by far the best for us. Would come again.

Really a great place - you are 100,000 Dong out of town by taxi/ GRAB, or 5,000 Dong by rental bike - charge your card at Circle K, and rent multiple bikes with one account. Park in the TNGO stations.

Un hôtel qui a du être sympa il y 20 ans . Aujourd'hui tout est à refaire c est un scandale. Rien n est entretenu,les jardins sont à l abandon les chambres vétustes Seul l emplacement est sympa car sur une belle plage Un conseil passez votre route

The breakfast buffet was nice and varied. The prices on dinner menu were a bit higher than average. The cabins on the beach are a bit pricier than the regular rooms but well worth the price! Incredible views! The bed was not comfortable, lumpy and very hard. The staff are very kind and courteous.

Amazing location right on the beach. We had a beach bungalow which was perfect. The hotel food seemed ok although the Con Dao chicken salad appeared to be mostly onion so not ideal for everyone. After being advised on check in that we could check out at 2pm ready for transport to airport at 3pm, we had a knock on the door at 12.45pm saying we were late! Still not entirely sure what we were supposed to do. Otherwise they have scooters for hire at the reception at a great price and the beach side grounds are lovely

First the pros. It's biggest asset is that it the only hotel right on the beach. And the beach is lovely. A fairly decent buffet breakfast is included at their restaurant right on the beach. The beach room where we stayed was a little run down but kept quite clean. The front desk staff was quite helpful and speak English. A big downside is obnoxiously loud live music on the beach outside the restaurant until 10:30 Friday and Saturday. So loud I put on my noise cancelling headphones and watched videos until the din stopped.

This hotel is located on the beach unlike a lot of hotels in Con Dao that say they are but are actually located across the road from the beach. We had a garden view bungalow though we could see the ocean from our verandah. The room was a good size with a huge open air bathroom. The ocean view ones which were booked out had a much smaller bathroom. The resort is definitely in need of some TLC especially the deck chairs on the beach. The buffet breakfast was okay with an egg station and Vietnamese food. Location was great, easy walking distance to restaurants, markets and jetty.

Nous avions fait le choix de cet endroit pour l’emplacement et le côté simple des bungalows qui nous plaisait en photos. Arrivée dans un bâtiment lugubre d’aspect administration (à côté de cet établissement nos centres des impôts et autres lieux similaires sont cosy et bien meublés !) Nous apprenons que notre chambre est dans le bâtiment principal et non pas en bungalow … si l’on souhaite être upgradé c’est 200 kVdn de plus par nuit mais tous les bungalows sea views sont pris ce sera donc un garden… qui se trouve en fait être sur la dernière ligne donc proche route avec le restaurant à côté … sic Côté déco et ameublement rien n’a changé depuis les photos de 2011 meme pas les matelas (je suppose) vu leur confort …. On se croirait dans un appart au ski des années 70/80. C’est spacieux certes mais vétuste et mal entretenu… La salle de bains Mouais bof… ça fera l’affaire … Contrairement à tous les autres hôtels faits depuis le début de notre périple de 3 semaines c’est la première fois que nous voyons des gens aussi peu investis et pas du tout accueillants ni même sympathiques. Zéro échange et le niveau de service est identique. Le petit déjeuner est ignoble… même pas sur les choix car ça il y en a, mais sur la qualité des produits … immangeables On ne peut même pas dire que ce soit une question de prix puisque nous avons payé 140€ pour 2 nuits (ce qui est relativement élevé au Vietnam) Bref le but de cet avis n’est que de vous éviter des déconvenues et non pas de cracher dans la soupe

Perfect location on the beach. We were in the garden bungalow as the beach bungalows were sold out. No problems - still less than a minute to the beach! Restaurant food is nice. Breakfast has so much choice (pho, dumplings, fruit, omelette/eggs, fried rice and also bread for toast / jam). They helped us rent scooters. The team were so friendly and kind. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the beachside bungalows. No issues with accommodation. Breakfast was good - you could get pho made to order and a buffet with a wide selection but more Vietnamese type food but I would suggest going early . Beachfront was clean ( rubbish that had been bought in but the sea was cleared up the first afternoon) in the three days we stayed there and the water was beautiful. There were 4 hammocks strung up between the trees on the beach. When hot it was good to have the trees to shelter you from the sun. Staff were helpful although English spoken was limited. About a five minute walk from Bar2000 and the new ferry port (not open when we’re there) and 15-20min walk got you to most of the restaurants/ mini marts in town.
