入住第二天，換了新房間，這間也很好，就是洗手池邊上沒有毛巾桿，有些不方便。另外早餐雖精緻，但不換樣，如果住的天數多，就不免乏味

방문전엔 여기의 만족도가 왜 이렇게 높을지 궁금했는데 그 이유는 스태프들의 따뜻한 마음이 손님에게 전해지기 때문이라고 생각합니다. 덕분에 첫 방문한 꼬모는 매우 즐거운 경험이였어요! -위치 : 꼬모 메인 스트리트인 기차역 인근까지 15분 도보 거리 -주차 : 가능 -아침 식사 : 추천 -룸 컨디션 : 부티크 사이즈 + 시원한 에어컨 (여름엔 중요해🔥)

Een heel fijn hotel om te verblijven. Mooie kamers met voldoende faciliteiten. Een klein maar goed onderhouden zwembad. Een supervriendelijke bediening en een bijzonder klantvriendelijke service. Op wandelafstand van het centrum en toch heel rustig gelegen. Je moet wel wat trappen overwinnen om van het centrum terug in het hotel te geraken. Op aanvraag is er ook een parking voorzien maar deze vereist wel wat stuurmanskunst. Voor het ontbijt maak je op voorhand uw keuzes bekend en alles wordt dan 's morgens aan uw tafel opgediend.

Die Bilder hatten uns überzeugt und wir haben eine Suite zu unserem Hochzeitstag eingebucht. Bei der Einbuchung haben wir nicht bemerkt, dass die Suiten mit Seeblick eine komplett andere Lage haben und direkt im Zentrum von Como liegen. Nach unserer Meinung, ist dies Vorgehen des Hotels absolut bewusst, da suggeriert wird, in dem anderen Objekt untergebracht zu sein. Dies hatte zur Folge, dass wir in einem furchtbaren Haus (hier existieren übrigens keine Bilder auf der Homepage), direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, untergebracht waren. Es war schrecklich laut, am Verkehrskreisel gelegen und die Enttäuschung entsprechend groß. Nach unserer Rückfrage, wurde uns nur gesagt, dass wir es so gebucht haben. Wenn man exakt drauf achtet, stimmt das, daher diese Bewertung, damit ihr nicht den gleichen Fehler macht!

After a very busy period on personal level, this was the perfect location to unwind. What we really liked: - The atmosphere of the building - The friendly staff - The space we had in the junior suite - Parking space (though sometimes you need Italian parking skills to get out ;) ) - The breakfast (as ordered) - The beds! (nice to have 2 different types of pillows) - The cleanliness - The 'night cap' offered when returning from the city As the weather wasn't really super, we didn't use the swimming pool. That was our plan B in case of a heat wave :) The hotel is located a bit outside the real center of Como, but plenty of restaurants, the harbor and the funiculare are located at walking distance. And yes, you shouldn't drink too much before returning to the hotel :)

Excellent hôtel, parfaitement situé pour visiter Côme, proche du port et du funiculaire pour Brunate. Le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres et pièces communes très propres, le petit déjeuner est de très grande qualité. Vraiment un très bon endroit. Attention, le parking est indiqué gratuit mais il faut le réserver et il sera en supplément sur la note finale.

Very clean, quiet (except when people were walking up and down the stairs to the room above), peaceful and tranquil setting. Lots of nice amenities and touches. Excellent breakfast. Our room was ready early and we were able to check in early which was very nice. Good experience, thank you.

We chose this as our base for a first ever short (3 Day) trip to Como. This was squeezed between 2 days in Milan on either side of the visit to Como - a week in total. My reason for selecting this venue was that it had a small pool & sun deck which I thought I might use to relax between 2 busy days in Milan. As it turned out I did not spend very much time at the pool as there was so much to see and enjoy in Como itself. There is a number of noteworthy features to this venue, which is at pains to point out that it is not an hotel. The property is beautiful and located in a quiet part of Como. The limited services provided are well delivered. Booking in was efficient and the proprietors have a welcoming and informative guide book and very useful hints on places of interest and restaurant tips. The suites are fairly basic but are large and provide all of the items you would need for a short stay. Our suite had a small but attractive balcony which caught the sun most of the day. The pool was neat and tidy and well looked after but caught the sun only up until early afternoon due to it’s proximity to the surrounding private houses. In fairness this may have been partly due to the time of year. To counter the fact that there is not always staff on the premises, guests are given 3 keys - 2 of which open the external entry gate and the normal entrance door - the third key is for your suite. The staff encourage you to pre-select your breakfast preferences by completing your requests (on their breakfast menu) before 7 pm the night before. When you sit down for breakfast the staff recognise your specific breakfast choice from your key fob! We are not big eaters in the morning however I imagine some guests might find the breakfast fare a bit ‘modest’ if they were hearty breakfast types! It is important to comment on location. We were well aware from previous reviews that the Suites were a bit away from the main drag and that there were steps to negotiate going and returning from Como itself. It is a decent walk from the Suites into Como itself and the steps were steep and would definitely not suit people with walking difficulties.
